Excellent location! Just a few minutes walking distance to Kensington Market, Spadina Street. McDonalds right at the corner (World's best coffee - gotta have it!). Parking available on the premises for a nominal fee. Friendly people. It's a bit confusing trying to find this place as there is no signage. Also the address stated on this site is not correct. This entrance is actually at 783 Dundas Street W.
This is not a hotel, there’s no receptionist and the doors to enter the property are locked. We had to call a listed phone number numerous times for somebody to show up and let us in to the building. Bed and towels were dirty and stained.
