Additional Guest Fee $25 * A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned along with a copy of a driver's license by a Guest 25 yrs or older to complete a reservation within 72 hours of the accepted reservation. *Add 15% to monthly rates for utilities, wireless internet, water, cable TV, trash, lawn care snow removal: Call 612-750-8877 to discuss monthly rates. A 3% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card to make a monthly payment. Add $100 for cleaning monthly or longer reservations. Monthly reservations require a $1,000. refundable damage deposit. *Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage: The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3 story Property and garage– completely separate main entrance – no cross traffic. These areas are not included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s area during this Rental Period. Do not block garage door access to the 3rd – single garage door – as the owners may access these areas of the home 24/7/365. Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floor of the home. |

Extremely comfortable vacation home. Plenty of space with easy access to Lake Phalen and surrounding paths. Centrally located for other activities as well.
The house was gorgeous, and well appointed, we had a great time!
This is a spacious beautiful home on Lake Phalen. Perfect for our family get together. Booking, arrival and departure were friction free. Bring you own soap and shampoo. And check if you need TP. The larder’s are lightly stocked. But otherwise an A+ expereince.
Roomy, clean and nice. Owner was so pleasant to work with.
We stayed last April. Had a great time. The house was well suited to our needs, and was a short distance to downtown St. Paul. It was clean and everything worked as advertised. We will book this house again.
Spacious, clean, comfortable
We were very pleased with our facility. All was as represented. Only issue was not enough instruction on where to park our multiple vehicles other than not in driveway. Location and property were amazing.
It was a fantastic property! We will be back!
AS advertsied, the property had ample space for the ten of us who stayed there. Everythign we needed was within twenty minutes--airport, shopping, groceries, sightseeing. The lake was inviting, with the beach and the boat races and the paddle boats. Just an overall fine experience.
