About the Property
Our recently renovated, two-story beach house is just a 2-minute walk from the beach (oceanside)! We're in a quiet, residential neighborhood but still close to WaWa's, Marvel's Bakery, and many restaurants & shops. The Fantasy Island Amusement Park, mini-golf, and water park are just one mile away!
Details: Spacious dormer upstairs with three single beds. Two bedrooms with queen beds on first floor. One full bath. Fully-stocked kitchen. Wireless internet, TV's (4), cable and DVD. A/C's on both floors and in each bedroom. Outside shower. Front porch and private, fenced in, back patio area. Gas grill. Porch furniture. Blankets and pillows are provided, but please bring linens and towels. Parking for two cars; additional parking on street. Please, no pets. Check-in Saturday at 2pm, checkout by 10am.

Great house in an excellent location.
Had such a besutiful stay at this beach home. Perfect location and great amenities. The outdoor shower is perfect after coming back from a day at the beach!
Ruth’s home is immaculate and in a great location. Conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and of course - the beach! We especially loved the spacious backyard & outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The property is beautiful. Love the backyard! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Couches need to be updated as they are falling apart (leather is peeling/falling off).
Absolutely loved this house. Very clean and within walking distance of the beach, many shops, attractions and great places to eat. Owner was very attentive and responded quickly to everything. Would definitely recommend this beach house to others and look forward to renting in the future.
This was a wonderful house. There were 7 of us, and we all commented that it never felt crowded. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable!

We loved this house! It was a perfect setup for our family. We really enjoyed the location, as well as a nice front porch for coffee in the morning and a really big backyard for relaxing after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower was spacious and the nice-sized kitchen was perfect for the nights we wanted to stay in. We will be back for sure! Definitely one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in at LBI.
We had a great stay. The house was very clean and very well kept. The backyard and outdoor shower were wonderful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The only thing I wish it had was a washer/dryer. Great trip overall though!
