The Oak Creek Ranch is a secluded 163 acre property in a rural setting with a beautiful main Lodge and several accessory buildings. Situated at approx 2,000 ft. elevation, the setting consists of rolling foothills and mature oak trees, rich with nature and wildlife. Groups can create their own personalized vacation stay from the many options available to them. The Ranch offers a full range of facilities and amenities to guests: gracious Lodge, beautiful outdoor amphitheater, large recreation barn, majestic swimming pool surrounded by mature oaks, poolside bar, yoga/exercise studio and much more. Whether you are interested in quiet relaxation or active exercise and recreation, there is plenty to do while staying at the Oak Creek Ranch Retreat, including scenic mountain walking and biking trails, swimming, wildlife viewing, star gazing, games and much more. It is a wonderful location for adults and children of all ages! Located in the heart of San Luis Obispo County, the Oak Creek Ranch is close to a variety of recreational opportunities, ranging from fresh water or saltwater fishing, golf, antique shopping, wine tasting, dancing and concerts, to touring world-famous Hearst Castle. The Ranch can accommodate groups from 12 guests to 30 guests. The main Lodge can sleep 20, the Barn can sleep 6 to 8, and the Pool Cottage can accommodate up to 3 more guests. |

I hosted a meditation retreat at the Oak Creek Lodge and it was exactly what we were looking for. The place is really comfortable and spacious and the grounds are stunning. It is a bit remote so make sure to bring everything that you need. I look forward to hosting many more retreats here in the future.

What a lovely time we had staying at Oak Creek Lodge. It was nice to have so much space to roam around, and plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The only part that could do with an upgrade is the kitchen. Although large with plenty of appliances, the layout was awkward to use with the sinks so far away from everything. But anyone can make do and still have a great time staying here among the oaks, relaxing on the deck and enjoying the California sun. Thanks!
It was everything we expected and needed. Lots of room to get away from each other, beautiful, beautiful area for hiking, and a great fireplace. It was clean, modern and just wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough.
A perfect place for a group of friends from all over to meet and spend a weekend together.
Very pleased with this property. A wonderful setting and very comfortable for large groups. It was especially nice that sit down meals can be accomodated in one room.
We were a group of 25 and had plenty of space. The property has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, bocce, yoga studio, swimming, hiking, ping pong and great congregating spaces for groups. Our group ranged in age from 11-82 and the property was enjoyed by all. We would defintely book it again.
Everything about the ranch is incredible. It is the perfect place to host large groups as it is more than just lodging. There is plenty of space and the property itself is sprawling with lots to explore. The hosts were incredible and very responsive to our many questions. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay at Oak Creek Lodge - the main house has a lot of character and the barn has been beautifully restored. Each family in our large group had its own privacy with plenty of bathrooms but at the same time we really enjoyed hanging out in the large living room to play games or just relax. We do a lot of cooking and really enjoyed the convenience and space of the large kitchen. We also did some nice hikes on the property. It was overall a perfect stay!
Our family of 21 enjoyed three great days at the lodge. The accommodations were excellent, plenty of bedrooms and places to Gather in the main living area. The barn was a great place to hang out to play ping pong shuffleboard and Silent Disco. All ages from 9 to 80 had a great time.
