Executive Bay Condo Prime location

I can't say 1 bad thing about this place. I went with my family (husband and 3 kids) and my in-laws stayed with us for 3 days. I was surprised by the great layout and location of this end unit townhouse. I also found it too be beautifully decorated. Location is key - This unit is next to the clubhouse and heated pool, you can watch your kids on the playground from the back sliding glass door, and you can grill right outside the back door as well. The unit has a masterbdrm, a great kids room with 2 bunk beds, small loft with 2 beds, and another room with a queen size bed. Oh, and they all have a T.V. You can walk to Founders Park next door and use the Olympic pool, beach (rent catamarans, boats, etc..), soccer fields, skate park, and more... So much to do for both kids and adults and centrally located. The owners were kind enough to have a list of different places you can go to like John Pennekamp State Park for snorkeling and boat rides, restaurants, etc...You can also just hang out and fish on the dock. We saw 2 manatees there - so sweet! The house is also so well equipped with towels, kitchen supplies, blankets, etc... I hope to plan a family reunion and have my family rent different units. I saw some of the other units and I must say, this one has been very nicely updated. I will definitely go back again.

We had a great time in this townhouse! Our family of 4 stayed almost a week. The unit is large, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The kitchen is a nice size and handy to have. The living area is large, comfortable and has a great view out the sliding glass doors. There is a bath with shower on the first floor. All the bedrooms are located up the circular staircase. The second floor has a Master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds for kids. There is 1 bathroom on the second floor. The third floor loft has two short twin size beds with a low ceiling. This gated community is beautifully landscaped! The tennis courts are nice as is the pool with clubhouse. The "beach" with lounge chairs is relaxing. There is a seawall to climb down if you want to get in the water. The water was wonderful! The location of the unit is perfect for exploring all the Keys. It is also close to a variety of attractions. Founders Park next door has great activities offering a pool with slides, basketball courts, soccer fields, and a nice beach with boat rentals (we sailed and had a blast!). We had an unusual visitor while at the townhouse. There is an Egret (Oscar) who comes around in the morning and evening looking for handouts. He surprised us the first time he swooped down, after that we looked for him. He is quite magnificent. My family had a fantastic time in this townhouse and would recommend the property to anyone visiting Islamorada.
