About the Property
You can find our intimate apartment in downtown Belfast, Maine. The apartment has all the amenities--a welcoming living space, with dining area and complete kitchen, sleeping nook with plush, queen-size bed. The Studio is on the second floor in a lovely, 1804, Federal-style building with history!--Underground Railroad and Rum-Runners. Just walk out the front door to explore Belfast. Take time out from your day to return 'home' to the Studio to take a nap. There are three long-term, occupied apartment rentals in the building and another vacation rental. Our tenants and guests are quiet and very considerate. |

Belfast is a wonderful little town and the apartment is in a perfect location to walk anywhere in town or around the harbor. Cozy space, everything you need and a great bakery right next door!
We had a wonderful visit in Belfast, ME! Belfast has many unique shops and delicious restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing in town and down by the pier. Belfast is located close enough to Acadia, Camden and Boothbay that you can easily day trip there and be back to enjoy a relaxing evening.
The unit is a easy walk to down town Belfast and to the waterfront. Grocery store is about a mile away and the same area is Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Walgreens and a nice deli just up the street. Laundry mart is in downtown along with other places to eat. Belfast is a real nice city and the harbor walk is a great place to walk. The walk is about 1 1/2 miles and you walk through a working boat yard. Very interesting if you are into boating. The building is well kept the outside was just painted. The inside was in great shape and everything you need is there. The sleeping area is tight not much room around the bed but the bed is super comfortable. It is the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Very quite. Wi Fi and cable worked great.
My husband and I stayed here for a wedding event and don’t spend much time in the place but loved it’s location to restaurants and coffee house next door. Loved that the parking was nearby.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful suite in old house with top tier amenities you’d expect in a luxury hotel. Quiet, comfortable quarters. Bakery next door was an extra bonus. I’d highly recommend it!
The apartment is great. It is small but has everything you need and lots of added touches - books, games, pamphlets on the area, etc. The area is delightful - a short walk to wonderful shops, restaurants and the harbor. The check-in process is easy and Lucy and John left great instructions to address all the usual questions (internet, parking, trash, checking-out process). I would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there and the location was so close to the Harbor Walk area.
We love the midcoast of Maine so the location couldn't have been better. We did a bit of Christmas shopping at the quaint shops and a brisk sea wind. The apartment was warm and cozy to relax in. We hope to stay at the studio again.
