About the Property

We are a 50 unit Oceanfront Condominium located on our own private beach, with a heated pool in our center courtyard, protected from the North wind. We have a huge tiki hut on our private beach and plenty of lounge chairs and palm trees for shade. We also have a huge deck on our beach for great sunsets, happy hours , cookouts and private parties.

All units are townhouse style, with steps, that have two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryers in each unit, and private balconies with a spiral staircase leading into the courtyard. We do have some downstairs 2BR 2BA units as well as two large Oceanfront 3 BR units available. Please call for rates on the 3BR.

Area Information

We are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, a par 3 golf course, bike rentals, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and many charter boats. There is great fishing, snorkeling and kayaking right here off of Key Colony Beach. We are 50 miles north of Key West and 110 miles south of Miami.

The Dolphin Research Center is 5 miles away where you can schedule a swim with the dolphins or take the kids to the splash park. Aquarium Encounters is .05 miles where you can feed sharks and take the kids to the touch tank, where they can encounter Keys sea life. Also have a wonderful Turtle Hospital that offers educational tours.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE HAVE A TWO WEEK MIMINUM ON ALL RENTALS. WE DO NOT TAKE WEEKLY RENTALS. We offer a 10% discount on 4 weeks or more. Rates do not include 12.5% State and local taxes and $100.00 one time cleaning fee. Checks, travelers checks, and cash accepted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. One weeks deposit for every 4 weeks reserved is required for a deposit to guarantee your request. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
