This was my second year at the Yoga Retreat on Laurel Island. Restorative! Lovely Island. Wonderful Lodging, comfort, safety, ambience and food. I’ll be coming back as long as the Retreat is offered.

If you rent the entire Island you have access to everything. If you rent one or more cabins you have access to the cabins and the one acre open area in the middle where there is a fire pit and land sports. Of course you have access to the lake.
Other things to note

We loved our stay at the island. Jack and Jan have created a fantastic getaway spot with everything you need. We made full use of the boats, swimming, bonfire, horseshoes and sun. The cabins and main house are in great shape. The grounds are clean and gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. Best Airbnb I’ve ever seen. You spend the entire time on a private island!! :)
This island was a terrific summer retreat and I would highly recommend it! Jack was a wonderful host and the island was exactly what my group was looking for. The cabins on the island were super clean and had everything we needed to cook/grill and enjoy the water. Jack was terrific at explaining any key details of the island and had an answer for all of our questions. Jack was also extremely accommodating when it came to taking us back and forth from the island to the mainland. Five stars and would visit again!
Excellent from the start. Jack was easy to work with, accommodating, and flexible. A weekend with old high school buddies couldn't have gone any better thanks to Jack.
