House is lovely, big ,bright everything you need. Easy walk to the beach. House is fully equipt with everything you'll need, except beach towels. Views are beautiful. Owner was great to work with , immediatly responded to texts with questions or issues .

We rented the house for a 4th of July family reunion – it was perfect. Our group included 3 couples, one baby and a great grandma. The house was immaculate and well stocked, the kitchen well-equipped (and we like to cook), and there were baby gates, a high chair, a booster seat, pack and play etc. for our little one. The wrap around deck on the first floor and upper deck of the 2nd floor bedrooms offer beautiful views of the beach and a fantastic spot to watch the fireworks (from multiple displays). Easy walk to the beach (beach toys, chairs and umbrellas are available), short walk to ice cream shop and playground. There is a wonderful screened in porch off the kitchen with a table big enough to seat 8. The large first floor deck has moveable posts so you can block it off for little ones. We love the house so much we’ve booked it again for next year!

This was our second consecutive vacation at this magnificent home. Absolutely beautiful, large home that comfortably handled our family of 7 adults and my 3 young grand children. The property was immaculate, with bedrooms and private baths to accommodate our family. The setting is perfect with the home nestled on the river within a block of the beautiful Centerville Beach. The home has beautiful 360 views from multiple decks. We loved every bit of our stay and hope to continue to enjoy vacations here for years to come. My thanks to the Drake family for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful home.

Our 2 weeks in this home unfortunately flew by way too quickly! From the very beginning, despite our very late arrival, David was in contact with us wanting to ensure our safe arrival and entry into the home! He was also readily available to answer any inquiries that arose. From the pictures on-line, it is evident that this is a beautiful home with gorgeous views. It was very roomy and cozy. There was a very cute welcoming bag with considerable information on local restaurants and sights. Everything we could have needed was available in the house. The kitchen was well-stocked, and while we never turned on the TVs, there were numerous videos available and an extensive selection of books of varied subjects and tastes. The location is unbeatable with ready access to the beach, Four Seas and the Country Store but secluded enough to be immensely relaxing. It was a gorgeous home and one we would recommend with the highest ratings.

We had a great visit in your gorgeous home. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 6 children. Super short walk to the beach, clam shacks, ice cream, penny candy store and playground. We hope to return soon!!

This was our second year vacationing at this beautiful home. It is the perfect combination of beach casual and Cape Cod chic. Easy access to beautiful Craigville Beach, walking distance to Four Seas Ice Cream (a must do evening activity) and close to great shopping in Osterville. We highly recommend!

Our biggest compliment is that we will rent again. And we will. We love this house for its warmth, its ease, its views, its location. Quick walk to the beach. Nice walk to ice cream. Patios are a dream. We are 12, 4 families, kids of all ages, and we had everything we needed. David is friendly and accessible. It's a great house, everything as described!

This is an amazing Cape Cod vacation home. This is the number one vacation spot we have rented in our 30 years as a family. It was awesome, 5 minute walk to the beach, short walk to the Four Seas (best icecream on the Cape), and the Country Store (penny candy store). Great location too, close to Hyannis, Centerville, and Osterville. The house was incredible. They have everything you might need available, it was clean, spacious, with amazing views from every room of the Ocean, Centerville River, and the Marsh. There is a great spacious wrap around deck and an awesome balcony with a great view (which We enjoyed at all times of day). All the Grandchildren had a great time as well. We highly recommend this for anyone who wants a fantastic vacation at Craigville Beach. We plan to rent this great house again. Mark, Bev, Kimberly, Dan Ryan and the grandchildren.

What a beautiful property! We were only able to stay for a short time, but we were able to take advantage of the magnificent 3rd floor views while staying cozy by the gas fireplace (it is January in Cape Cod, after all!). Thanks to David for making this special arrangement for us, our family had a great time. And I always say, nothing takes the sting out of vacation laundry duty like an ocean view laundry room! Thanks again, we will definitely be back.
