SABAL TRACE VILLA, NORTH PORT, FLORIDA

We have enjoyed this villa for 4 years. The location is great for access to golf and shopping. The villa is clean and well-maintained. Neighbours are all very friendly and owners are easy to deal with. They work hard to keep the villa current with updates each year. We love having our own pool as well as access to the community pool. We will be back next year.

This destination is amazing. The house and all the upgrades are awesome! Really enjoying our every stay at this house,it?s magical. We have been renting this house for 3 years in the row. Looking forward to our visit every year. Try it, it?s recommended.

We spend a lovely six weeks at Greg & Melanie?s Sable Trace villa, from mid-November to the end of December 2012. The villa is tastefully decorated in the best Home and Garden tradition. We especially loved sitting in the lanai in the morning and evenings, having our coffee, looking down the golf course. The way the light hit the trees, gave you the feeling of being on the Serengeti Plain. The villa itself has a nice feng shui feeling about it. No matter what entrance you use, the place gives you a big hug when you enter the door. The master bedroom and bath are big and well appointed, from the comfy king size bed, to the lovely glass shower and two sinks. When our friends came for a visit, they said the guest beds were equally as comfortable, with easy access to the bathroom right across the hall. The vaulted ceilings and the neutral colored walls make the whole place feel very spacious. An added bonus is the swimming pool in the lanai with its water feature coming on at 10 in the morning. It made us feel like we were in a spa. North Port is centrally located, close to Port Charlotte, Venice and their beach and Manasota Key and the wonderful beaches there. If you go to Blind Pass or Manasota Beach Pavilion the parking is free. All the beaches have sharks? teeth if you look for them. All in all, it was a 10 out of 10 experience and we would definitely stay there again!

I want to thank you for providing an wonderful experience for my wife and I with our stay at your villa in North Port. Is was more than advertised and more than we expected. The villa was excellent in accommodations and had everything you would need for an extended stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend your villa to all. This was by far the best equipped vacation rental we have ever seen. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the place was immaculate when we arrived. The caretaker couple was available for cleaning, at a reasonable cost, during our visit. The owner was always available by phone or email, if I had any questions, since I am technologically challenged at operating electronic equipment. The view of the golf course from the lanai is superb, especially at sunset. Loved watching the different birds. We had great weather, 70s most of the time ? a little chilly for swimming, but perfect for golf. We took a 3 mile walk each evening around the lovely neighborhood. We took in the Venice Arts & Craft Fair, visited the Ringling Museum & Mansion in Sarasota, lighthouse at Boca Grande, and explored Punta Gorda, Fort Meyers, & Naples. There are lots of nearby, inexpensive restaurants, and convenient shopping for anything you might need. Just the greatest 6 weeks ever!

This was our 2nd time staying at this Villa at Sabal Trace. We enjoyed it so much last year we came back this year for another relaxing vacation. The owners take pride in maintaining their villa. This year there were several upgrades that made the time spent here more enjoyable including new wood tiled floors and skylights in several rooms. I would recommend this rental, it is close to several beach areas, restaurants and shopping. We especially appreciated and utilized the private pool a key requirement for us.

This is such a fabulous place to stay!!! My family spends a lot of time in North Port as we enjoy the Warm Mineral Springs located in very close proximity to this rental property. We spend most of the summer here this year, and this is by far the best vacation rental we?ve ever stayed in! The house is spacious, bright, and very cozy. The pool makes this a fabulous oasis in any weather, and the kitchen has everything you need. We were at home the minute we walked in! The owner of the home was very responsive to our every need before, during, and after our stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience. We?ll be back!

The house was very private and peaceful. Loved having a private pool for convenience. Maintaining the villa was easy. This was a perfect house for us, close to family in North Port, close to beaches, shopping, movies and restaurants. The grounds in the park were excellent walking trails. We had all the appliances and conveniences we needed. My only recommendation would be to have a ceiling fan in the lanai for those hot afternoons and evenings. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!
