Gulf Front Condo / Gorgeous View

Great laid back vacation! Thank you, Charles, for letting me stay in your home. Positives: Charles was very response and helpful to work with. Wonderful location, with a private beach (not crowded). Very large balcony with comfy chairs. Kitchen has nice appliances, including a toaster oven. Overall clean, comfortable condo (don't forget to buy/bring your own trash bags, zip loc bags, toilet paper, dishwasher cleaner, bath soaps, stuff for the beach, etc.). Could hear the waves even from the 7th floor! The pool area was very nice (felt great in the cool April breeze), with people to ensure it was constantly clean. Negatives: WiFi worked about 10% of the time. Condo could stand to be painted (did not bother me). One of the two sliding doors onto the balcony does not lock (not a problem on the 7th floor) Based on the early time I was leaving, I chose to bring my own towels so I did not need to use/wash theirs. Did not use the washer/dryer, but the dishwasher worked fine. If you're looking for a great quiet escape, this is the place. I hope to be back very soon. Thanks again!

The Ocean House facilities are nice, walk to beach is short because of long walkway - helpful for people looking to sit on the beach. Very clean as well.

We continue to stay here every year! It's perfect for our family and has everything we need - zero entry pool, grills, poolside cabana. I'm already looking forward to my next trip!

We truly enjoyed our week long vacation! We love to stay at Ocean House 1. The property is VERY well taken care of!! The ones that are hired to clean grounds and pool work very hard. It�s a very slender young lady and a very polite gentleman and they were always busy!! We have rented from Charles Brooks for 6 plus years and at times twice in one year! He is always by his phone or computer if I need to ask him a question!!! We are already booked for next year! The one complaint I have is people being allowed to take carts up to their rooms on Friday night to make sure they have one. For those of us all that is trying to get up and leave earlier then most we could not get a cart! No, the ones that had the carts were not up early packing. They were sleeping in while the 4 different families that were trying to pack up was toting down bags and coolers by hand!!

The condo was well maintained, clean, and perfect view of the gulf. Ice cream and a couple of good restaurants are within walking distance.

We loved this condo! Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids and we never felt crowded. It was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the large balcony was a major A . Will definitely book this property again.

This Condo was perfect for our stay for the softball tournament. The unit could use a few updates but was very reasonably priced so we didn�t mind. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was wonderful. Short walk to the beach and having an elevator was wonderful. Our room was nice and we had everything we needed. Parking lot would fill up quickly so there were a few nights we had to park in the owners lot and move out the next morning. Over all we had a great time.

The pool was great for the kids, the beach was easy to get to. The elevator was fast... overall no complaints at all.

When we first went in, we noticed mold around the air condition vent in the master bath. There was a little mold on another vent. Overall it was a nice and relaxing condo.
