Resort on the Beach, Luxury Penthouse Condo, Whitewater Views

Our family stayed here while enjoying a family vacation and visiting our son at Camp Pendleton. It was comfortable, convenient and just what we were looking for in a vacation rental. Gated community with private parking. All the amenities that you can imagine! The pool was great. Beach access couldn't get any easier. Walk to restaurants and short drives to all the major attractions! You can hear the waves from the unit - absolutely serene during the evening hours. Quick to get to Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, Del Mar Race Track, LEGOLAND, and Sea World! Only 5 minutes to the gate at Camp Pendleton, quick ride for grocery runs and excellent BURRITOS in town. Quiet, well maintained building. Easy to find and get around in. Bea & Frank are the best! No detail was forgotten and they truly care about your experience. Absolutely love all of our stays in Oceanside!! Its always very comfortable, conveniently located to lots of arrractions and shopping! Is just what we are always looking for in a vacation rental. Gated community with private parking. Full on site laundry facility, recreation room, sauna, snack machines, and even pool and ping pong tables! All the amenities that you can imagine and very lush landscaping! The property is very well maintained. Almost feels like your in Hawaii! Beach access is great. Love to Walk to the pier and eat at Ruby's diner. Or take a short drive to our Mexican food place called Norte, down the road in Carlsbad. Love sleeping at night to the sound of the ocean. Quick drive to get to a lot of fun attractions such as: Del Mar Race Track, LEGOLAND, and Sea World! Very Quiet, well maintained building. Easy to find and get around in. The owners are the great and truly want you to have the best stay ever! We have been coming back since our kids were little and now they are in their 20's! Great place to be! Highly recommend!!!

Our unit was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful ocean views, really close to the beach, and the ammenities were great.

We enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. It's a nice place. Our unit was sufficient in size and accommodation for five adults. There were enough beds and and two bathrooms made it convenient enough. Nice views from the upper and lower balconies. Easy access to the grounds and the parking facility with the elevator so close to our unit. Nice to be able to walk such a short distance and be on the beach. Kitchen had quite a few utensils and appliances, but we still had to get some of our own. Hide-a-beds (2) mattresses were quite worn and not too comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the facilities

This Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice, spacious, fully loaded kitchen. Two TV's. Pull out couch and private room, so that are kids were separate from us. Completely remodeled and beautiful inside and out. The grounds at North Coast Village are very tropical with Koi ponds and lush landscaping. The patio has a beautiful view of the ocean and the bedroom as well. The patio has a table and chairs where you can eat outside and enjoy the weather and the view. The owner has equipped the condo with almost everything you need (even things that you might have forgotten at home). We have stayed in three different units/same owners at different times and have been coming since our children were little and absolutely love our stay every time! Oh, also the pool and jacuzzi are amazing with ocean views from the pool as well. You exit the pool and you are literally steps from the sand! Parking is great too! It is gated with 24hour security. I highly recommend staying at North Coast Village!

We loved this location! The pools, hot tubs and beach are all very nice, and the condo was nicely furnished and equipped. We really enjoyed Oceanside- be sure to visit the Flying Pig restaurant, recommended by owners. We toured a winery, went Whale Watching - I highly recommend Captain Dave's- checked out Old Town, hiking and more. It was very affordable, as we cooked many meals on the BBQ grills available on the grounds or in the kitchen. San Diego is a beautiful area with no shortage of activities. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with.

My family and I decided to vacation in Oceanside, CA this year and we could not of have been more pleased with this place! We decided to stay in Oceanside, because it is near San Diego and to a rural west Texan a short distance to LA as well. We visited both cities and a lot of cities in between. The condo is situated within walking distance from the "The Strand" which is a popular beach area and the pier. It is also within walking distance to Oceanside Harbor which has several good restaurants and nice scenery. The condo itself is very pleasant with an ocean view from the balcony. The condo is fully loaded without a need to take anything but yourself and clothing. We loved having the windows opened at night which made for a pleasant and cool sleeping atmosphere. The other residents at the condo kept noise to a minimum in the evening. We were able to use both swimming pools and Jacuzzi's along with the grilling area. The owners made the experience pleasant and had our best interest in mind. This is a great place and we look forward to coming back to visit soon!

I made a last minute decision to visit my son at Camp Pendleton. I found the rental by accident surfing the web. What a wonderful find. The owners were great to work with, especially at the last minute. They were helpful and gracious (I decided at the last minute to stay an extra day and they were very accommodating). I had a wonderful view off the balcony, and was just steps from the beach. I will definitely be back. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation with my son.

My wife and I recently stayed in this unit and had a great experience. Renovations have been helpful, location next to and overlooking the beach and pier area is phenomenal. Outdoor barbeques for the units was helpful, the unit was well stocked with equipment, furniture and kitchenware. Walkway along the water right outside the unit, extending beyond the pier, is a real plus. Beaches are great, location is near a lot but off the main flow of traffic and most noise. Owners were very helpful and informative on local highlights. We are already missing our time there, and would definitely rent it again as we enjoyed the unit and love Oceanside area.

My husband, 9 month old daughter and I stayed for 12 days. The owners were a pleasure to work with and the condo was great! I vacationed in Oceanside at North Coast for several years growing up and this was a wonderful return with my family. Great beach access, charming condo -- relatively kid friendly. Kitchen was pretty well-stocked, great since we cooked most meals in. Quiet, great views. Couldn't have asked for more for our dollar! I would love to come again!!

Really loved our experience at this condo. The view was great from the balcony and it really was steps to the beach. Would stay at this place again. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Everything we needed was in the condo. There are things inside that could be updated such as current listing of restaurants and purchase of new boards, but who really cares about these small things. If you are looking for a more inexpensive place in Oceanside right on the beach-this is the place. Would highly recommend! Thanks for great stay.

I could see the ocean from the balcony of this condo or walk 1/2 a block to enjoy the beach. I never worried about my safety at the complex - 24 hour security plus locked gates. It felt like visiting an old friend - everything I needed was at the condo. I especially liked that I didn't have to use the stairs, the elevator to the parking garage was steps away. The complex is beautiful and kept spotless.

Perfect location for Ironman race. Romantic setting for a short getaway.
