Three story, log home with 4 bedrooms, a huge loft (open style 5th bedroom), 3 & 1/2 baths with heated floors, sleeps 16. Master Bath and Walkout level bath both have jetted tubs. Large natural-stone, gas-log Fireplace! Hot Tub. Gourmet Grill. Outdoor fire pit with seating. The open plan on the main level with vaulted living room, and fireplace, creates a warm and comfortable space for gathering. Relax after golfing or skiing on our large wrap-around deck overlooking Schuss Mountain's Chicken's Choice ski run. We celebrated my mom's 60th birthday in this amazing home. The location was great -- just up the ski hill from Schuss Village yet close enough for the kids to walk down to the pool or the general store. We used this same home for a ski trip last winter. As great as it is in the summer it's even better when the snow flies. Nothing like skiing right up to the fire pit for a hot coco. This trip was spent playing board games around the inside fire place, cooking way too much yummy food in the gourmet kitchen, and drinking wine while soaking in the outdoor hot tub. The master suite was a great place to drink coffee and curl up with a good book on the deck overlooking the woods in the morning. And after a long day bicycling and hiking the local trails the jetted tub was just the thing that we needed! WE loved this home in the winter, and again in the summer. We'll definitely be back!
Gorgeous log house on perfect ski hill location. Beautiful and cozy inside with lots of sleeping space. My family & extended family were able to stay together with room & personal space. Family time has so much more quality when you all stay together.

Perfect multi-family ski vacation rental. We have rented this home 3-years in a row. Comfortably accommodates all of us (6-adults + 8-kids). Truly the best location at Schuss Mountain. Kids can come & go as they like while adults can join them or hang out at the bonfire slopeside. Home is well -kept and is furnished with everything we need.
We had a group of 12 that stayed in this beautiful home Jan 4-7 and it was as advertised - "Nicest in Schuss Mountain" Our group enjoyed the access to ski slope, hot tub, heated bathroom floors, outdoor fire pit and proximity to Ivan's for apres ski activities. Absolutely beautiful, clean home! The three levels is a huge plus when living with other families and children. The property was amazing, and the bonfire area was great!! Close to Torch Lake also! The home had everything we needed and more.
