Beautiful two bedroom, two bath home named La Miradora (Spanish for Lookout Point). Fully furnished and ready for a great Rocky Point weekend. Bedrooms are large, (12 by 20) with their own patio for ocean viewing. Large great room with DirectTV and VCR/DVD, fireplace electric and large dining table. Fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Views in every direction - ocean, town (city lights) and mountains. You'll never get anything done while sitting and barbecuing on the large balcony. On row three, just two minute walk to the private beach in this guard-gated beach community of Las Conchas. Old Port (fish market, restaurants, shopping) just a few minutes drive into town. |

My girlfriend and I were totally blown away by this gorgeous little hideaway. Comfortable and cozy, walking distance to the beach, and had all the amenities you could need. Took us a quick call to the property manager to figure out how to turn the water on at first but after that everything was smooth sailing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rocky Point!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and the views from the balcony off the living area was amazing. Shirley was a great host and very helpful leading up to our trip.
The house is ideally located had everything that we needed. It was clean and quiet and all systems Works beautifully.

I would definitely rent property again
We stayed here for 3 months and we had a blast. The beach was real close. We were able to enjoy 360 degree views every day. Spectacular sunsets. This house is older and more suited for shorter term rentals. It has everything you need for a long weekend or summer vacation. The owner and property manager are very nice and responded immediately with a couple questions we had. We would stay here again.
We came back to La Miradora for Christmas week. Still the best view in Las Conchas. It rained twice while we were here and the road turned into a soupy river of mud. If you have a vehicle with low ground clearance, you could have issues if it rains. Otherwise, another great stay at the beach!
