This lake house sits on 1 1/2 acres with circle driveway, 2 car carport, waterfront with a gentle slope to the private covered dock, home was remodeled from top to bottom in late 2015 early 2016, all new furniture, kitchen and bathrooms, this home has an open living area upstairs that included a large eat in kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steele appliances, sun room with card table and seeting area, dining room, living room, each room has a beutiful view of KY Lake, and 1/2 bath, the walk out basement has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with a King bed and the other bedrooms has 2 sets of bunk beds, these 4 bedrooms allow for sleeping up to 10 people, this beutiful home has all new flooring with no carpet, hugh deck and patio facing KY Lake, the living room has a 50 inch LED TV, each bedroom has a LED TV, the living room has gas logs, outside you will have lots of room for activities on this 1 1/2 acre property, you will also have access to a gas grill located on the back deck. New dock with 11x28 covered boat slip. No smoking and no pets. |

This house was great! Plenty of space, nicely appointed. Brad was flexible and accommodating. Easy access down to the dock. Plenty of games that entertained us in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!
The house was in great shape and very clean. Had 4 good sized bedrooms with 2 downstairs; well done bathrooms and a lovely upstairs living area. Town has little eating options, but the kitchen had everything we needed to make family sized meals. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house and the lake was perfect. Kids loved the dock and having the boat docked on site was great. We would definitely stay here again!
The Kelly Lake House is awesome! The house has everything you will need. Big deck with an awesome view of the lake, plenty of seating for eating and relaxing, a great dock for your boat with an easy walk from the house, and a great tree swing that the kids loved. We hope to make this an annual trip. This was our 5th time at Kentucky Lake and the Kelly House is by far the best place our family has stayed.

Great home with easy access to boat dock. We took our two daughters, SILs and families. Plenty of room to hang out together. Kids loved fishing and the tree swing. Basketball goal was a bonus. Tvs in all rooms made it convenient for quiet time. Would stay again! Thank you for having us!
My family enjoyed out stay. The home amenities were perfect for our family of 7. Home was very clean. We look forward to our next stay here.
