The house is located in both a world-class residential gated community and a top-tier tourism areas with premier services and amenities. The house has it all: charming accommodations, and everything necessary for a relaxing get-away. The house accommodates (7) seven guests where an amazing panoramic golf course view is seen from the house and veranda. It is perfect for the entire family, uniquely available up a short walking path is a heated pool adjacent to a community recreation area.

The space

The house was recently remodeled. It is secure and well maintained. It is located 35min away from Ensenada & Rosarito and 40min from Guadalupe Valley, one of the most astonishing areas in Baja due to its increasingly touristic destination for wine and Baja Med cuisine.

Guest access

The house has (3) three king beds and (1) one trundle bed (Best For Kids). The kitchen is a big space that can be shared by family and friends. The patio has its own barbecue and an outdoor dining table, the perfect place to cook a meal.

By accepting this reservation and the house rules, the guests hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the host personally and as company or corporate representatives, their members, managers, operators, officials, officers, directors, employees, owners and lessees of the premises, all for the purposes herein referred to as “releasees”, from all liability to the undersigned, guests, representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand thereof on account of INJURY to the person(s) or property or resulting in DEATH of the undersigned or guests, whether caused by negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon the area. THE guest hereby AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may occur due to their presence in or upon the area and whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise. Internet is provided for legal activities only and any parties accessing the wifi accept it at their own risk.

Accepts credit card, PayPal, and will take a check if there is adequate lead time for it to be cashed before the guests arrive.

It should be noted that this is a gated community with 24 hour guard service and is very safe.

Everyone is checked in and out at the entrance. It should also be noted that this is a 27 hole golf course often referred to as the pebble beach of the west. There is a restaurant on site with good food.

Awesome golf house. You can walk from the house to the 1st tee easily. Rooms are big, bathrooms updated, really a great value.
