This all new 2019 Renovated second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has new floors, freshly painted, newly furnished, and equipped with appliances, towels, and bedding. Master bedroom has a King Bed, 42in HDTV, Upgraded private bath, sliding glass door to balcony, and view of the ocean. Second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, HDTV, closet and extra dresser space. (sleeps 4 on single beds) This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests,. FREE WiFi and Expanded Cable are included. 50" Flat Screen HDTV in living room, Blu-Ray/DVD player, The dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals (save money) just like home. Stacked Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in unit.
Beach access is located across the street, spend the day in the sand, come back and relax in the private pool.
Just steps away is the quiet, wide, uncrowded beach of Cherry Grove which is ideal for biking, sun bathing, or just taking a leisurely stroll. Short walk to Cherry Grove Pier and Ice Cream! The location is so wonderful. The beach in Cherry Grove is wide and the ocean is beautiful. It is quiet compared to Myrtle Beach and very family friendly.
Minutes away are many attractions to make your vacation complete. You will enjoy public golfing, a variety of restaurants, outlet shopping, and top entertainment at Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, and House of Blues, Pirates Voyage, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, and great seafood!
This condo is located in a family friendly complex, renter must be 25 years or older, absolutely no loud noise, smoking, or occupied by anyone not listed on renters contract and absolutely no parties! Violations will result in loss of remainder of stay and deposit.
This is the only rental unit that I own and I use it for my own use often. We keep it very clean and good condition. We want our guests to enjoy their vacations away from home. We do, however, expect guests to leave the condo reasonably clean upon departure and treat as you would your own.
*All Linens (Bedding, Bath Towels, Kitchen Towels) are included.
***No pets, No Motorcycles, No Golf Cart Rentals on property, No Trailers, No Boats, Free Parking (2 car max). There is street parking (based on availability) for Motorcycles, Golf Carts, and Trailers but not allowed on Property (Owners Only)

Couldn't be happier. Was able to check in early. Very clean. All the dishes you would need. Towels, rags, everything you need. Stones throw from the beach. Shopping, restaurants all very close. I took my family if 7 and we all slept comfy. Plenty of TVs, board games, shoot even 2 fire sticks. Only bad part is having to leave. This will be on the top of my list for next year
We could have not been more pleased with our stay 6/22/19 - 6/29/19 !! The owners were so wonderful and very responsive through-out the entire process - from booking all the way through checkout! The condo was beautiful and very clean !! It had everything we needed! The oven went out during our stay and the next day, I had a new oven !! Will definitely be staying there again! We had an amazing time renting this condo. It was very clean and updated with everything that you would need. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach and close to the inter coastal for fishing. The owners were very accommodating and made sure we were happy. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom place to stay.

Property was exceptional! Location was fantastic, literally steps from the beach and in the not so busy area of Cherry Grove beach. Condo was very clean and well stocked, nothing was overlooked. The welcome bag was a great touch with the essentials to start your vacation (garbage bags/tp/k cups/sponge/paper towels). The storage locker had everything you could need for a perfect day at the beach, we didn't need to buy anything. Communication with the owners was efficient, they always responded within minutes. I would definitely return and rent from them again. Thanks again for sharing your vacation home with us.
This was our second time staying at this property. The location is great, the apartment is clean, the complex is quiet, the parking is easy, the pool was almost always empty, and the storage downstairs for beach toys is super convenient! Excellent experience all around, no problem recommending to anyone else.
