| This beautiful lake house was constructed in the summer of 2014. The open floor plan features two bedrooms on the front of the home with the living room and master bedroom on the rear of the home overlooking Kentucky Lake. A large covered porch sits on the lakeside of the home with a short pathway to the private dock. Super clean and comfortable cottage. Modern accommodations with wonderful deck that looks over the lake. We were visited by deer, an owl, geese, and an assortment of birds (including blue birds, hummingbird, and owl). We rented a boat and jet ski from Cypress Springs Marina and they took care of us and we saw a bald eagle! We boated to our cottage and used the dock. We were interested in possibly purchasing real estate for our retirement and enjoyed discovering the local neighborhoods around the lake. Murray's downtown is a good 20 minute drive away but has tons of restaurants of all kinds and always worth the drive. The community has very friendly people who aimed to please. We will be back to continue our real estate research as we have contacted an agent. Thank you for offering the cottage, which happened to be the only one on the lake I saw that offered a king size bed.
We enjoyed the WELL house with our kids and grandchildren. We rented a pontoon from Irvin Cobb marina who was nice enough to let us keep it on our slip overnight. The house is setup with everything you need. We really enjoyed the covered deck.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lake house with our family—ages 13-80. We split our time between the living room and the back porch, both with a view of the lake. The sunsets were reflected beautifully on the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. There were plenty of kitchen and bath towels. Every comfort was met. We would stay here again.
The cottage was just what we expected. Clean, quiet, and off the beaten path.
We really loved your beautiful home. Thank you for letting us bring our 3 little dogs. I highly recommend this rental.
Had a great vacation, House was just as described and we were able to bring our pets which made it that much more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the KY lake area
