Bob was very amenable! A little small but workable for 2 people. Thank you.
The room was perfect for me and my wife. The room was clean, very reasonable in price, the laundry room and pool was well maintained. The owner (Bob) was a very pleasant man who answered all of our questions before our stay and he provided a few extra things that we requested such as a crock pot. We would recommend this studio to a single person or a couple and its about 200 feet from the boardwalk and beach .
A small but cozy place, with an excellent location, perfect for a family getaway and super attentive owners, the perfect place! We will gladly return again !!!Thanks Bob....

I have stayed a month an i'm not disappointed at all. This is an excellent location, comfortable and fully equipped, silent air conditioning, quality towels and sheets. A tip for improvement i would give to the owner will be to install a opaque curtain above the window shade blind. Rent with confidence the owner want the best for you.
Great location - steps from the beach. Studio was great and had everything I needed for my stay. Definitely will book again when I’m back in the area.

We had a great time, the beach is right there. The boardwalk was a lot of fun. The mattress was not new. The apartment is fully stocked!!! The frig is the perfect size. Bob was very attentive and responsive.
Considerate owner, clean, well-equipped, great location. Nice pool, as well. Small space; highly recommended for one or two people.
