My Hollywood Beach rental was perfect. The place was immaculate, can't beat the location, just a few steps and you're on the beach! It is small but lacks nothing, kitchen was well stocked. Bob was extremely cordial and accessible. My boyfriend and I are looking forward to staying there again :)

Steps from the boardwalk and beach. This is our third time staying in one of Bob's units and he is wonderful to work with. The unit was spotless and has EVERYTHING you could possible need for a vacation at the beach. We can't wait to return next year!! Thanks Bob :)
The condo is in an amazing spot just inland from Hollywood beach, itnwqs clean and had everything stocked that we needed! Id definitely reccomend staying!
The unit is actually better than what the pictures reflect. It was clean, well equipped and perfect for a party of 1. The pool area was clean and quiet. The building is 1 street back from the Broadwalk and near the Marriott hotel -- on the north end of the beach. With that being said, you're away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to everything to walk. Bob was friendly and helpful, very easy to deal with. I would consider staying here again in the future!

Prefect little spot for a beach getaway. Location is terrific, has parking, and perfect amenities. Sleeping for 4, kitchen, bath, and includes a parking space. A real find!

My wife and I stayed in this property for 4 days in December 2019 at a very reasonable price. The property was perfect for a couple. The owner was very responsive and provided amenities that were very helpful (cooler, beach chairs, beach towels). There was even an assortment of sunscreens. The property was clean on arrival, and it is conveniently located steps from the Hollywood Beach broadwalk (yes, it is broad not board, as we learned quickly). The owner also provided a parking space and Wi-Fi. This property is also on the north end of Hollywood Beach, which we found to be a little less crowded, but still within walking distance for a number of restaurants and shops. My wife and I are already discussing a return trip to this property in the future.
