About the Property
Our Condo is ideally located in a quiet setting along the Uncompahgre River in the heart of the City of Ouray. We are located two blocks west of the Million Dollar Highway (Main Street). We are a short two block walk to restaurants, shops, Box Canyon Park and the Ouray Ice Park. From our front door there is easy access to hiking, biking, jeep trails and all other activities. This is a ground floor, one level unit that has all of the comforts of home. Our Condo features a king bedroom with a private bath and a second queen bedroom with a common bathroom, the third bed is a queen sofa sleeper. We also have board games, puzzles and playing cards available. We also offer a shopping service to stock your Condo before your arrival with all of your favorite wants and needs. This can include personal items, snacks and food staples. We require a 50% deposit when you book your reservation and the balance is due upon arrival. We offer a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. After booking and paying with there will be an additional charge of 3.5% for City Lodging Tax that does include in the booking cost. |

We stayed in the "Aspen" Condo at the end of the unit downstairs - two bedroom, two bath. It was very clean, nicely supplied with amenities. King bed was comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with all the utensils, dishes, pans we needed for cooking. Groceries are available at the Market on Main Street. The condo is just a few blocks from Main Street so it is an easy walk or drive, but far enough away to be quiet. We enjoyed being by the river, plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the views. Though not air conditioned, it was very pleasant with open windows and fans. We enjoyed the fresh air a lot as it was so cool and dry. Ouray is a gorgeous part of Colorado! We were sightseeing every day and had a wonderful time. (And highly recommend the Ouray hot springs pool.) If we are able to come back, we would definitely stay at this condo again!
These little condos are thoughtfully refinished, nice size rooms and well equipped with anything you need. Perfect location to walk to everything in town. The owner is extremely hands on and incredibly kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A STAY HERE
We loved staying at the condo. It was perfect for two couples traveling together. The condo was spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable. We really enjoyed the spacious living/dining/kitchen combo. The location was perfect. Walking distance to main street restaurants/shops, as well as to box canyon falls. We loved being next to the rushing creek behind the property; the seating area there was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!
We stopped for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. Ouray is a nice little town with a lot of things to do.
The condo was in great condition. The kitchen was fully supplied for all of my cooking needs. Comfy beds. Perfect location. Can’t wait to return.

Condo was clean well stocked with everything you need and more! Host super friendly. Plenty of places to park your trailer at the condo. We were there for 11 nights riding the trails which were outstanding! There is a small church just a cross the street from the condo which we visited both Sundays that were were there. Very nice and energetic pastor. We walked to town several times. There is a grocery store and 2 gas stations along with lots of stores to shop in on the main street. The hot springs spa/ pools are a must! I would highly recommend this condo, Great Location!
