Terrasol Resort Oceanfront View Condo, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

We just spent a week at this condo. What a great location and the view was amazing! Terrasol Resort is a very pretty place with beautifully manicured grounds and friendly, welcoming staff. The location of this condo within Terrasol is by far the best location. Front row building, second floor (which is the top floor) with an unobstructed view of the ocean! We left the slider doors open day and night to hear the wonderful sounds of the waves crashing along the shore. Very quiet, uncrowded beach too with no vendors. Never saw more than 20 people or so on the beach on any given day. Saw a lot of whale activity right from the balcony. Amazing! Also plenty of bird activity too, especially pelicans in the evenings. Great location for viewing sunrises and sunsets. It was also nice and relaxing just watching all the boating activity as well. The food at the palapa bar is very good too, better than I was expecting. I already miss those pancakes for breakfast. They are a must! Very unique and delicious. We loved the condo and the quiet location so much that we ended up not doing as much in town as we had originally planned. But if you want to go to town, it is only about a 10 minute walk. Very convenient. If you want a nice, clean condo with Mexican flair right on the beach with incredible views and in a quiet location away from the crowds of downtown Cabo/Medano Beach area then look no further. This is the place! We highly recommend this condo!

16 days in paradise! We watched the whales daily and had a front row seat overlooking the Pacific Ocean! Literally steps to the sand, ocean, pools and Palapa Bar/Restaurant. Terrasol is a beautiful Resort on a private beach and Unit #233 is right up front. We will stay there again next year! From the property manager to all the staff, we thank you for your top notch service! Use the Prickly Pear for grocery delivery so your groceries will be waiting for you when you get there. Our second time being lucky enough to stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo. Located on a pristine almost private beach but only a 10 minute walk to the marina and all the action, truly the best of both worlds. Condo itself is very nice with everything we needed and the new wifi was plenty fast. Pool #1 with a swim-up bar and restaurant is 22 steps from the bottom of the stairs. Pool #2 is 31 steps in the other direction. Great place and a great trip. Hope to be back soon!

If the objective is relaxation and privacy, then this is the right place. There is no better location on this private beach. There's almost as many whales and baby turtles as people. Resort pools and beach front are steps away. Lie on the beach or 2nd floor patio, the breakers are the same. To the marina shops and restaurants, 3 minutes to lodge gates and 3 more to marina. If the objective is party scene or completely remodeled unit, then this is not the right place.

We visited Cabo May 12-17, 2019. This condo was just perfect for 2 people. Second floor on the beach. Sliding glass doors in living room and bedroom. We never used air conditioning, just left sliding doors open and front door for cross breeze and ceiling fans. The property manager, Jeanne Johnson, answered all my questions. This is a older, quiet condo community which we loved. Not the place if you are looking to party stupid like. We ate at the Palapa bar almost daily and had drinks there everyday and I sat at pool everyday as well..... as swimming on the beach is not allowed as the waves are huge and currents are wicked even though some surf boarders were in the water. I highly recommend the breakfast at the Palapa bar and Mario, Mauricio, Tina and Pancho will take great care of you! I also recommend the chunky monkey drink. The front desk with Carlos and Ester will take care of anything you need as well, even calling for a taxi and recommendations for places to eat. The condo itself was very comfortable, had most items we needed, but the shuttle service stopped at La Comer grocery on way from airport so we could pick up items like coffee, bottled water, snacks, milk, etc. We did laundry the day before we left, and they had soap and softner there to use. Some places we recommend: Cabo airport shuttle, Geovanni was great, helpful and made recommendations of things to do or to eat. The Marina is less than 10 minute walk from condo where you can find bars, restaraunts, shops. Solomons Landing in Marina for seafood The office at Medano beach for seafood, but they are very pricey. Taxi from condo to Medano beach is $12 one way. Marisco Tres Isles in town for seafood and half the price of the office and just as good. $9 taxi ride one way. Excursions we did: Los Cabos and Playa del Amor kayaking and snorkel, Marco and Pepe were great and sportfishing on the boat crazy bird with Noel and Jorge were great, got a 6ft shark on that trip! And horseback riding on the beach with Carisuva company was awesome. Thank you for opening your condo for others to enjoy this amazing place, we felt very safe inside the community and outside in town. And all the people weve met on this trip, from workers to other visitors were friendly and so helpful. Thank you again, we will be returning to Cabo again for sure!!

The condo was perfect for a couple. The view from the deck was so beautiful and very relaxing. The waves crashing and the boats driving by made it so relaxing. Very close to downtown Cabo and the Marina. The Palapa pool bar/restaurant was really good and affordable. The kitchen in the unit was a great size too. If you choose this condo look for portable propane bottles for the grill.

Property was excellent, very clean and exactly as advertised. Excellent location and unparalleled ocean view. We watched whales every day from the veranda, saw hatchling turtles on the beach scramble to the ocean, and were within easy walking distance to the marina and to town. The condo was exactly as advertised and everything was set up and ready for our arrival including spices in the kitchen for cooking. The facility staff was friendly and very helpful with our questions about local attractions and events. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property within this facility.

I selected this unit based on its location (close to marina) and view of the ocean and both were fantastic! We loved the front row view of the ocean, spent hours on the balcony reading, listening to the ocean, etc. saw whales a few days which was exciting. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower, clean condo. This unit was perfect for my husband and I. It was stocked with all we needed. We ordered groceries from Prickly Pear and they delivered them to the doorstep (highly recommend) so we enjoyed coffee, fresh fruit and breakfast and snacks each day. The location couldn't be better. We climbed the rocks and went to lovers beach, walked to Medano beach a few mornings (water taxi back). Spent a few days at the pool/swim up bar. Like many others, we really enjoyed the quiet beach and the action close by. If we return I would stay here again for sure! Best location on the property!

This is such a lovely condo with beautiful ocean views. It is so close to the ocean you can feel the vibration of the waves as they crash on the beach. The morning sunrise is breathtaking. The private beach is such an amazing bonus. We easily walked into town on a daily basis. The breakfast and lunch service at the Palapa was amazing. Mario is the best. I would recommend the sunset Cruise out of the marina, if you are looking for a low key activity. I would highly recommend this wonderful condo and plan on coming back.

This property is the best place to stay in Cobo San Lucas. Within walking distance of everything. From the deck you can see Whales, Sea Lyons, Rays, Sunrise and Sunset on the Ocean. No where do I know can a person see that from one spot! Its quiet and relaxing. The only noise you hear at night is the Ocean waves!!! :)
