In town for our daughter's wedding, had 10 people in the house, worked out great, plenty of room for everyone.
We came to Colorado and wanted a place where our whole extended family could stay. The place was clean and the five bedrooms allowed for people to have space if they wanted to get away. It was centrally located and allowed us to take excursions without worry.
Very nice place, very clean and as advertised. Only complaint was not enough soft lighting. Very bright lights
We had our whole immediate family (kids and grandkids) who are spread out over the country (2 in Colorado) for family vacation and to celebrate my husband's b-day. When everyone was there, we had 6 adults, and 2 kids sleeping in the house and another daughter and grandson joining us for meals and evenings... The house was absolutely wonderful for this. The yard is beautiful, large and enclosed... perfect for our young grandkids... front porch and back deck were wonderful for our after-dinner chats. Ruth, the owner was amazing to deal with -- we've stayed at many Air b&b's and VRBO's -- and all property managers or owners have been good, but she was the best so far... easy and accommodating. The location and neighborhood were wonderful as well.
I booked this property for family friends that were in town for a birthday party. The property is exactly as listed. It has a nice layout for multiple people and my guests had plenty of room to spread out. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and a very short cab ride or drive from downtown Littleton. They all reported an excellent stay! Property owner is also very responsive!
Great place to stay and the host is easy to work with.
My extended family stayed here over the thanksgiving holiday and found this home to be perfect for our needs. Ruth was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!!
My family stayed at this property during the Christmas holiday and it worked out great! My sister has 4 kids 7 years and younger and they all really enjoyed the large fenced in backyard! There was plenty of room for each child to have their own space. I’d recommend this property!
Clean home with a very helpful owner, makes the time there much more stress free because of her being so accommodating.
This house was great for our mom and adult siblings to stay at while we were in the area for a family 95th birthday celebration.
