Best Value in Grayhawk!!! - Located in Tesoro

Headed back for fourth year in a row. That should reveal our regards for the condo. Great location, great complex, well furnished and stocked, always clean and well maintained when we check in. Hard to say enough good things about this place. But maybe the best feature is dealing with the owner. Except for the fact that he won't fly me to Scottsdale in one of his helicopters, he's a super guy with whom to deal.

My husband, 1 year old daughter and I recently returned from a wonderful stay in Scottsdale. The condo is beautiful, very clean and well maintained property. The condo is located close to the pool/hot tub which is perfect with having a 1 year old who loves the pool. It has easy access to near by groceries stores, and restaurants. We have another trip booked and will be staying at Paul’s condo.

We had an excellent vacation! The condo was clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities, food and shopping. Pool area was great, quiet and relaxing. Beautiful drive and location quite central to everything we needed. We have visited twice and will be back. Thank you, great hospitality!

This was our fourth time staying here and everytime Is just as good as the last. It is completely furnished, tastefully, and has everything we need such as towels, pillows, equipped kitchen, etc. The convenience of having the pool and gym right around the corner is amazing, And it is always so quiet and relaxing.The condo and the complex are extremely clean and well taken care of and have never had any maintenance issues. There are several golf courses around the area and grocery stores, restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. The condo owner is very easy to deal with and always there to answer any questions we have. We love staying here and so would you

Great location for golf and good eats around the area! Clean, comfortable 3 bedroom condo with everything you need. Split floor plan with master on one side, and other two bedrooms and bath on the other side. Although there were only 2 of us staying there, we know when we go back to Scottsdale that if we travel with another couple we will all be comfortable. Paul, the owner, is very nice and helpful. Thank you Paul for helping make our stay in Scottsdale so nice! I really, really wish it had a King bed in the master - but had to give it 5 stars because it was otherwise perfect!!

Fantastic condo - everything is brand new and very comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights during the BCS Championship week. The condo complex is fairly quiet. The condo is very close to the pool/hot tubs so we used the tubs twice during our stay. The complex is a 5 min drive to the 101 freeway so very easy access. The owner was very helpful with all questions and couldn't have been easier to work with. One thing to mention is the condo is on the second floor above the garage so you do need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the condo. It wasn't a problem at all for us even though we had three generations staying in the condo, but just something to be aware of if you have any issue with stairs. We will definitely keep the owner's number on hand for any return to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area as we would return in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the condo for a week in November. All the pictures of the condo are very accurate. The only details you cannot see is how spotless clean the unit is, and how spacious it is. Paul the owner was relaxed, friendly and prompt in all my communications with him. When he heard we had a late flight and the unit was not rented for the next day he let us stay until we had to go the airport. It gave us time to relax and lounge around the pool one last time. We used the pool every day. The pool temp was around 80 and the 2 spas were 102. Paul has a supply of pool noodles, great beach towels and other toys for the pool. Paul has a couple of small coolers that we used by the pool and on hikes. He seems to have thought about his guests every need and provided for them. I would recommend going to the condo first to see what is there before going shopping for supplies. We appreciated the large supply of condiments and paper products on hand and gratefully added to the collection during our stay, The location of the condo a mile from exit 36 of the 101 loop freeway is excellent. 5 minutes west on 101 at exit 31 north is the Desert Ridge Market place with over 100 stores and restaurants. Just north on 20901 Pima road is a large Safeway. The location of the condo with respect to the pool is perfect. It is 3 units away from the clubhouse and pool so it is a short walk but far enough away you do not hear the pool noise when you sit out on the condo's 2 balconies. We used the remote control for the garage to park our car. The button on the right opens the garage door and the button on the left opens the main gate(s) to enter the complex. When leaving the gate opens automatically. It took us a couple of days to figure all that out. The only problem I had was in the garage. The floor is all grey and there is one step down to the car level. I missed that step 3 times until I stuck a pink pool noddle along it so I would notice it. We received our damage deposit refund within a week of returning home and appreciate Paul's promptness in that respect. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended the unit to friends who will be visiting Scottsdale in the spring.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paul’s home. It is super convenient to all the spots we wanted to go to. The home is very well laid out and everything you need is here. The pool area is very nice and really close. Will definitely recommend to others.

Great location. Easy access to parks, trails, groceries, restaurants, pool. Well kept and comfortably furnished.

We rented this condo for our daughter and her two small children because it was close to our home in Grayhawk. The property was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was resort living with the convince of a large condo. Easy to walk to restaurants and access to beautiful pool and health club. Comfortable and clean. This is a fantastic property and I would highly recommend it.
