About the Property
7 BR 4 bath oceanfront beach house. Located in the upscale Oceanside neighborhood of Spinnaker's Reach. Close to shopping, amusements, movie theater, harbor. Beautiful views for miles up and down the island with wide, clean, white sand beaches. The cottage has three levels, two of which have beautiful views of the beach, the lower level with a gas grill, hot/cold outside shower, and storage for beach chairs and umbrellas. There are hardwood floors throughout except for the kitchen and bathrooms, TV's in six bedrooms and a 50 inch flat screen TV in the family room. COMFORTABLE BEDS! Parking for 5 cars plus one in the garage. Pool with covered and open areas with lounge chairs and picnic tables as well as children's play area just at the end of the driveway (just 150 feet!). Well equipped kitchen, deck furniture, sofa bed, and beautiful views. GAS grill, sleeps 18, dining capacity is 18. There is a second refrigerator in the garage for ice, beer, food!. There are two queen bedrooms and 1 bath and 1 sofa bed (Q) on the top level floor, three bedrooms (1 Q, 1 K, 2 singles) and two bathrooms on the middle level, and 2 bedrooms (master with 1 K, 7th BR with 1 set of bunk beds and 2 singles) and 1 full bath on the lower level. . For seven day bookings, it rents from Saturday to Saturday. Starting Sept 29, 2020 it rents from Sunday to Sunday just until the end of October. The kitchen is well furnished with blender, toaster, roaster oven, coffee pots, can opener, crock pot, large seafood pot, plenty of non stick pans, ice maker, dishwasher, oven and plenty of utensils. |

Why Kids Love It
Again, it is close to the beach and the pool! It is uietly located on a cul-de-sac so traffic is very minimal, there is a playground at the pool area, and plenty of deckspace for running and game playing. The beach is easily accessed and can be viewed easily from two decks of the house so the kids are never out of view!

vacation was great
Our large family stayed at Sea-Renity for 2 weeks this August. The beach and rental unit were great! We have chosen to re-rent the property again next year for 2 weeks. The property is large, has lots of rooms/beds to accomodate a big group. Living room, kitchen and 'TV area' are comfortable. Direct access to a beautiful beach and a pool nearby. The property is well maintained. Family is from NYC, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia ranging in ages including a 7 months old. We had a great time!
We have stayed in this house two different years (2013 & 2015). We had a wonderful experience each time. The house is very well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need. The owner is great and very easy to work with. We will certainly stay here again.
Had a wonderful time Thanksgiving week with our children and grandchildren. We were very comfortable, slept fifteen of us with no problem. The lower level was quiet enough for the 2 month old to nap, and comfortable enough for some of the older ones to sleep. Everything worked fine and had no trouble finding cooking utensils, remotes etc. had a few questions when I first got there, and Steve responded right away. Beach access was very easy and the views were outstanding. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the deck. We were greeted every morning by porpoises in the surf and several days by humpback whales a little further out. Also, had a group of deer that like to walk the dunes and a variety of other wildlife. Weather was outstanding and fishing was great. Only suggestions I have is perhaps provide a little better grill and maybe a tv station card for the bedroom tvs, the menu screen on all tvs except the main one was hard to follow. Neither of these items would keep me from renting again.
Much more spacious than appears on the photos. Great open floor plan, allows for quality visiting and family time. Extra door between the 2 upstairs bedrooms and living area on top floor for noise control. House is very convenient to the ocean!! We had a fabulous week. The owner was helpful. We would stay in this house every year!
We just left our lovely vacation from May 17 thru May 23, had a wonderful time. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the owner has some umbrellas to use which is nice. The seating for meals is excellent plenty of room for large family dinners. We would highly recommend this home to all, thanks so much.
We had a great time at this house! Wonderful accommodations, lots of room for everyone to sleep, very comfortable beds--we loved the decks looking over the ocean. Nice new chairs on the top deck, everything was good! Would definitely rent again--
