Family of 10 spent a weekend at Frank's place during Vandy's graduation weekend. The house was well equipped and provided everything we needed. Plenty of towels and extra bed linens. Parking was adequate and overall we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended and would book again.
Perfect
The property is everything that it is advertised. We had 10 friends stay in the house and felt comfortable with the multiple beds and five bathrooms. The manager was responsive to our request and everything was as promised. A true five star experience!
House was nice and roomy and well equipped. Pull out twins were broken and filthy. Frank responded quickly . Located on busy street so noisy for light sleepers
We rented this property to be home base for a family reunion. We hosted two dinners at the home and the huge open kitchen was plenty of space for this. The kitchen was well stocked and I particularly appreciated the wealth of left over supplies like paper towels and napkins. The upstairs bonus room was awesome for the kids and the newly added ping pong table was a giant hit. Frank was super helpful and very prompt getting back to me with questions prior to arrival. Parking was plentiful for our large group. Thanks for a great stay!!!
Enjoyed the stay. Close by downtown Nashville. Beds were too hard, few kitchen supplies were missing. Overall a great place, plenty of room for big group.
