freshwater lakes, beautiful Murals around town depicting our history, Far away from the hustle and bustle of major tourist destinations yet only minutes away from Sebring offering all of the big city amenities you could want.There is only one major road in the entire city which runs from south to north  and all other streets are basically residential.

The resort consists of only 19 individually owned condos. They all feature fully equipped kitchens plenty of sleeping accommodations and the only difference in the units are the furnishings. Fully equipped kitchens and central heat/air, no noisy motel units, screened porches  which all face the lake.A charcoal grille is  provided for each unit. This is a family friendly resort and all kids under 10 stay for free. Linens and towels are provided but maid service is not. We do have an on-site property manager to insure that  your visit is both pleasant and trouble free. The only difference between the units is location. All are ground floor units varying distance from the beach/dock area. but since this is a small resort no-one is really far away. Our unit however does have one advantage, in that it is the closest, literally steps away, from our beach/dock entry. (See picture)
