Only a few steps to the white sandy beaches, this charming condo is located on the first floor in one of the few remaining low-rise complexes on the beach. The private patio with table and chairs is adjacent to the sparkling swimming pool. You can relax on this large patio and watch the kids in the pool if you prefer. Or you may enjoy the colorful sunsets and walking on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Smoking and pets are not allowed in condo. This smoke-free unit is tastefully decorated with hand-painted murals throughout. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. All linens, towels, and kitchen utensils are furnished. The unit is equipped with WIFI, two TVs and a VCR/DVD as well as numerous small appliances such as microwave, ice-maker, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Sunswept is a family friendly facility located on the beach side of Thomas Drive and convenient to St. Andrews State Park Also nearby are many great restaurants, golf courses, and numerous entertainment attractions. Great property
It was nice and clean. Right at the pool and a super short walk to the beach. We had a awesome vacation! Alot nicer than a hotel and the price is comparable. It accomadates a family of 4 perfectly!
