Treat yourself to a relaxing Lake of the Ozarks getaway in this nicely-furnished, two-bedroom, two-bath Condo with a GORGEOUS main-channel view! (Only 5 concrete steps down from the parking lot!) Our view of the lake from the main deck is unlike that of other condos in our complex! There is also a COVERED deck so you can relax on the deck no matter what the weather! Inside, you will see granite counters, updated furniture, beautiful Farmstead Maple laminate floors in the family and dining rooms, and newer carpeting in the bedrooms. (Max. 6 people allowed, and renter must be 25 or older.) Feel at home unwinding on the private deck, grilling with the propane grill, or utilize the well-stocked full kitchen with coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer, WiFi, Cable TVs (with a variety of channels), and 2 DVD players. You can always relax and enjoy the ambiance with the new electric fireplace. Try out our MODERN "Classic" King bedroom furniture, comfortable twin beds, as well as the Queen-sized sofa bed. (Our unit easily sleeps 4-6.) Linens/towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels.) Enjoy Resort amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, playground, small swim dock, fitness room and fishing dock. COVID19 NOTE 1: We are disinfecting our unit using products that are 99.9% bacteria and virus-free. COVID19 NOTE 2: BOTH KNOLLS POOLS, HOT TUB, POOL RESTROOMS, INDOOR TENNIS COURTS , AND FITNESS ROOM (with sign-in sheet) ARE NOW OPEN WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING. The clubhouse and saunas are closed. All of our guests must sign a Liability Waiver. Since chaise lounges are currently limited, there are 4 folding camp chairs (225 lbs. max. capacity) on our deck to take to and from the pool. Just be sure to bring them back. COVID19 NOTE 3: Redhead Grill and the Landshark Tiki Bar at Margaritaville nearby both have pools open, too. Most restaurants and some retail shops have reopened with social distancing, and boating, fishing, grilling, and relaxing are always available. Bring your own boat (maximum 24') or rent one seasonally from Surdyke KK Marina, TanTara Marina, Aqua Toys, or Iguana nearby. A boat ramp is on the premises, boat trailer parking is free, and the owners offer their 10' x 24' boat slip FREE to guests during their stay if it is available (right next to the boat ramp). Call the owner to reserve it at the time you book. This Unit 213 is located off of KK near TanTarA, minutes from Premium outlet stores, restaurants such as Redhead Yacht Club and Lakeside Grill, TanTara Margaritaville, and Shorty Pants, as well as Seven Springs Winery, The Oaks and other golf courses, Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf (seasonal), Big Surf (seasonal), Miner Mike's, Main Street Music Hall and much more. We stayed here for a weekend getaway and thought it was perfect! The condo had everything we needed, with a beautiful view of the lake and lots of amenities. We would stay here again!
Property was nicer than expected: very well furnished and equipped. Location was also very convenient--close to pool and clubhouse and neighborhood was just a short drive away from other attractions. Would definitely consider for another booking.

Stayed for the weekend and wish we were staying longer! Dottie is great to work with! Communication prior to stay was top-notch! Even informed us a few days before we got there they had gotten brand new living room furniture (which is super comfy) and we’d be the first to use it! Directions to get to the condo were spot on! The list of instructions at arrive were great! We were set and ready to go within minutes! Spotless upon arrival! Soap at every sink! We made several meals and had all the spices available In the cabinets! Huge plus!! Easy to use gas grill on the deck was awesome! Great setup of a condo! Plenty of room for our family of 4, easily could have had 2 more on the couch. Beds were super comfy....hubby wants to by the same mattress! Spent most of our time on the deck! Great views of the main channel for boat watching at all hours! Instructions for leaving were also easy to follow! Can’t wait to rent here again!
