Welcome to Pipe Dream East Check out our new beach-front duplex in Fort Morgan. We are located 15 miles from Highway 59 in a private beach community on the historic Fort Morgan peninsula. The house is on miles of residential beach, but only minutes from all the excitement of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Be sure to check the east side of the home at 631063 if this side is booked or you are interested in renting both sides. Enjoy our home with almost 1700 square feet of living space per unit. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this unit accommodates 8 people in comfort. We have a soundproof wall between the units with an interior door that connects them - ideal if you're renting the entire home. It is family-owned and managed and was designed with all the comforts of home in mind. Living area: The living area looks out over the Gulf and opens to the large deck through the 9 foot sliding door. The living room has a Sofa/Hide-A-Bed, 2 recliners and a bench seat plus a 60-inch TV, DVD player and Bluetooth stereo. Kitchen and dining area: The fully-equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. With service for 12, you will find everything you need to serve up a great meal and the pantry closet offers plenty of room for a week's worth of groceries. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 4 stools at the breakfast bar. Laundry area: The laundry closet upstairs has a full-size/front load washer/dryer with hanging rods and ample shelving for storage. Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a private bathroom and HD T.V.s with DVD players. The master suite has a king size bed, desk and a walk-out to a private beach-front balcony. The 2nd bedroom (upstairs) has 2 queen beds, separate closets and an ocean view. The 3rd bedroom, located on the main floor, has a queen bed and windows overlooking the street. Outside: Outside you will find parking for 4 cars on our paved parking area, two grills and a place to dine in the shade under the center of the building. The unit has covered stairs leading to a private entryway and the deck has a 6-foot shared walkway to the beautiful white sand beaches. The deck has an 8x16 ft divided area opening to a 12x 32 shared area ideal for groups. |

Fort Morgan is amazing and this house was a wonderful place to stay for our family. There was plenty of space and the house was very homey. The only downsid was that there wasn't ample seating to eat outside in the deck and the deck furniture is uncomfortable.
A beautiful rental property right on the beach. A clean inviting home to tuck away in if the sun becomes too much. Accommodating and a great time. I arrived earlier than the check in time but the owner was nice and allowed us to go on in. If not the next door restaurant/grocery store/liquor store was great filled with lovely people. Overall everything was perfect and serine. Highly recommend staying at the Pipe Dream over a busy more popular beach.

Pipe Dream is a wonderful place! This is the third year in a row that we have stayed here. The house is beautifully appointed and inviting. There were 6 adults and we were all very comfortable with our own rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful beaches, quiet and private, perfect for our family. Wonderful views. I highly recommend staying here. Everything you need for the perfect getaway is here. We love it here. Dave, the owner is great to work with. Thanks again for another wonderful stay at your beautiful home.
This was our family’s fourth year to Ft. Morgan and was by far the best location! We had an open line of communication with the owners and they answered any questions we had. The house was well stocked and we cooked dinner at the house every night but one! The beach is just steps away and the kids, ages 8, 6, 5, & 4, LOVED being able to go crabbing every night! This is definitely a place we would like to stay in again!

We’ve stayed in a lot of beach houses, but this is our new favorite! The kitchen was great and loaded with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.
Dave was a fantastic “host.” Many items throughout the house looked brand new, and you could tell much thought had gone in to providing fun extras to make your stay special.
