We have the perfect home in the perfect location!. Our beautifully renovated 3500 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 bath home is tucked in a beautiful, private one acre lot at the base of Black Mountain in Cave Creek north of Scottsdale. Enjoy magical panoramic views, native saguaro cactus, iron wood and palo verde trees, sweeping mountain views, sunsets, and incredible wildlife— howling coyotes, bobcats, and javalinas add to the tranquility of this beautiful private setting. Then, when you’re ready for fun, just a block away you can walk from the home to the “one of a kind” famous cowboy town of Cave Creek. Country bars, saloons, line dancing, and even watch a cowboy ride a bull!! Some call it the 'Home of Cowboys and Caviar, Where the Old West Meets the New'…. Dining? Experience all of Cave Creek's restaurants that are within walking distance. There's something for every palette! One of our favorites is the beautiful outdoor setting at Tonto Grill, a great spot after day of golf at Rancho Mana. Golf.. our home is located between several world class golf courses. The Boulders, Troon North, Quintero, Greyhawk, and Rancho Mañana just to name a few. Spa's. Scottsdale is known for it's world class spas. five minutes from us is the Boulders, home of the Waldorf Astoria, (Formerly Golden Door). The Boulders sits at the base of a 12 million year old boulder outcropping. Truly spectacular. Or, try the Four Seasons, Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain. Relax and rejuvenate! This area north of Scottsdale is away from the crowds, yet close to all of the daily conveniences you may expect. Grocery stores, saloons, pharmacies, boutiques, medical care, and major chain stores are all within a few miles but completely out of site and out of mind reinforcing this natural setting. From the moment you arrive you'll find Spanish touches throughout our home. You enter through the gates into the spacious entry courtyard with a wood burning kiva fireplace and flagstone patio. Around back is a pebble tec swimming pool with walk in beach entry. You can even bring your drinks and enjoy sitting at the Acapulco swim up bench with a built in table top. Our home has views in every direction and there are three outside decks to enjoy them. From the living room enjoy views of Black Mountain as it changes colors throughout the day! Barbecue from the deck off the kitchen and enjoy the desert and bolder views. Finally, sunsets! From the dining room, enjoy our amazing desert skies! Our newly remodeled kitchen is ready for the ambitious chef! Fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Our Spanish dining table has seating for 8. Or, curl up in the living room and enjoy the wood burning kiva fireplace. Our home offers two levels. The top level has the living room, dinning room, kitchen and master suite with jetted Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, plus a den, 2 full baths and it's own kitchenette. So, your downstairs quests wake to their own coffee, in their own private oasis! Two of the downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, and one with twin beds. The den has a sofa bed. We have new electronics throughout. The living room has a 50' flat panel cable TV. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV's with built in DVD player. DVR's capability. High speed internet access We've tried to provide everything you'll need for a comfortable stay from new linens and towels, to a fully equipped kitchen. Exterior Security Camera mounted on roof eave with view of driveway area & courtyard entrance Our beautiful spacious home is an easy 50 minute drive from the Sky Harbor Airport, and 40 minutes to old town Scottsdale. It's an easy drive to Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, the Arabian Horse Show, The Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events! And, have we mentioned all the other outdoor activities? The Black mountain hiking trailhead, is 3 minutes from our house. Hot air balloon rides, Sedona is 1hr and 46 min., Bartlet Lake, bicycle rentals, Jeep tours,shopping, art galleries, museums, equestrian events and the many art shows. |

The hacienda is spacious and charming. Very well equipped with everything you need for the whole family. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking great meals at home. Paul and Nina were very responsive when we needed to talk with them. We had an amazing experience in Cave Creek, it was nice to be so close to town. Bill

Nina and Pauls’ lovely 5 star home and enormous 1 acre property, and special place for future family memories, literally sits at the foot of Black Mountain in Cave Creek. They are extremely gracious hosts, and went out of their way to ensure that we had the most pleasant of visits, even adding Otter Popsicles to the fridge for our kids. :) We consider our visit a trip that we will cherish as a family for a lifetime. We cannot thank Nina and Paul enough for such an amazing experience. They have/had truly thought of every detail, every consideration imaginable, to complement us in the paradise that they they call home, in Cave Creek. on the hunt for a last-minute getaway from Los Angeles and we were lucky enough to stumble upon Nina‘s incredible house in Cave Creek Arizona which we had never heard of. Sounded like an adventure and after reading nothing but five star reviews from all her prior guests, we decided this was the place for us and we are so glad we did. Everything was beyond our expectations from the home, it’s design, furnishings, location and all items in the home made our stay incredible
If I could give it 10 stars I would, Everything went smooth from booking to checkout, Nina was quick to respond to any questions I had and the property was nicer then the pictures showed, We spent our days at the pool and walked into town if we wanted to do any looking around we had talked about going to Florida this year but for what a cookie cutter condo was going to cost, we felt like this home was a steal and we were right Thanks Nina !

We can't express how beautiful Nina's house and area is. The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed. We spent most of our days in the pool which was great! We went horseback riding at night and went jet skiing one of the days and climbed black mountain which was not an easy task lol. The house seems secluded but yet very close to everything. Great places to order food from with very friendly people. Nina was so accommodating and friendly. Even checked on us after a late night storm. We have never been to Arizona and we loved it and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!
Our family of 5 plus 2 dogs just spent a week in this awesome Cave Creek home. In the midst of these troubling times it was just what we needed, time away to soak up some quality family time. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is beautiful and eating on the dining balcony with that gorgeous view was just lovely. The pool was where we spent the majority of our time both day and evening, which was so fun! While we didn’t venture out much, everything we needed was nearby. Communication with Nina was easy and she was very friendly. We hope to return sometime!
My best friend and I vacationed here for two weeks. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was spotless, the pool was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would absolutely book this house again.
