Holden Beach Golf Condo Rental

This condo was extremely well maintained. Very clean; very tranquil. Everything you need is at your fingertips. All you need to bring is your suitcase. Grocery stores and shopping are close by. Private pool as well as the community pool; beautifully maintained beach. No problems/issues. Cannot wait to visit again.

Pictures and description are exactly as shown. Nice golfing community, even though we don't golf, the amenities were enough to make it a nice stay. We went for the beach and were not dissappointed. The beach house is very nice. We wanted to be able to park and have bathrooms and a place to hose off after a day in the sand. There is a friendly staff member on duty to keep things running smoothly. Also, there is an air conditioned club room in the beach house where you can just relax and watch the beach and ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It is about 15 minutes to Holden Beach. Oak Island and Bald Head Island are not much further. If you miss the action of Myrtle, you can get there in less than an hour. We went there to shop one day. Also, Wilmington is only about 30 minutes north. If the weather is cool consider bringing your bikes as Winding River area would be a great place to ride them. There are a couple of Mom and Pop type places to eat at Holden but nearby Shalotte offers several restaurants including some chain restaurants. They also have a Walmart. Try Andy's for a quick bite and some great frozen custard! But you can enjoy making your meals at the condo as the kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need. Holden has a Food Lion grocery store, too. Be sure to take your beach chairs and umbrella. You can rent them there if need be. Oh yes, the view of the ocean as you cross the bridge ot Holden Beach is fantastic- you will look forward to it everytime!

Just as described (actually better!!). The amenities that come with the condo were great. We loved both the beach house and the river house as well as the pool close to the unit. The owners were very easy to communicate and work with. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you might need. Having the internet available was also a plus since we were constantly looking up things around the area. There's even a Walmart within 15-20 minutes to stock up on everything! And the price was very reasonable. Thank you, Mimi and Trevor!!

We just returned from Winding River and had a great time! The condo and all the amenities were exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 in the condo and we enjoyed both the pool at Winding River as well as the beach house! The area is very quiet and ideal for our family to relax and spend a restful week together! Mimi and Trevor were great to work with in booking and provided great resources for our trip! We would definitely recommend this property and would come back!

My family (6 of us including 4 teenagers) stayed a week at the condo at Winding River. It was perfect for us. We would drive to the Beach House (15 minutes away, free parking, great pool and beach) and stay for 3-4 hours. Then in the mid-afternoon and evenings we golfed at the Carolina National Golf Course (has great deals after 2 pm for a family), spent time at the pool which is just a minute walk from condo, shopped, went out to eat, walked the neighborhood or went over to the River House to watch the sunset (within the Winding River Complex). We would select this location again (even over staying directly on the beach). The condo itself was lovely and had plenty of room for our family. The Winding River community is absolutely beautiful; it has so much to offer. The rental price for a week stay was a real bargain.

It was spacious and very clean. The back enclosed sitting area gives a nice view of a pond. We enjoyed sitting out there watching the turtles and also saw 2 deer in the woods. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and we had internet and cable. The condo is located on the ground level, so we didn’t have to climb any stairs. Overall, the condo was in excellent condition and it was better than what I imagined. We loved all of the amenities that were included such as the River House, Beach house and pools. The large community pool is just a brief walk on the next road. We would hang out there for a few hours some days and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. The beach house and pool was very clean and nice as well. Holden beach was beautiful and the weather was excellent. We can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at your condo. We absolutely had the best vacation there and I would recommend staying there to everyone!

This was a great place to stay. Winding River has many amenities including a pool and tennis courts right near by. A beach house on Holden Beach and a marina. There is also Carolina National Golf course within walking distance. All in all, a nice place to visit.

The location of this rental put us right in the middle between Holden Beach and Southport. Two wonderful places to visit and explore. Great Pool on site for the family to enjoy as well.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing extended weekend at this condo! The place was very well kept, and not too far from the beach. The pool nearby was lovely, and we honestly had more room than 2 people needed but it was nice nonetheless.

This was our second stay in a Trevor and Mimi’s unit as a family of 4. The location and amenities have everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation.
