| BBQ Cleaning (if needed): $35 DEPARTURE CLEANING: $310 PRICING Our rates are based for 2 People. Additional Guests $ 35 per day (June - November), $ 50 (December - May) TAXES 11.5% (on all funds collected SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable): $750 ELECTRIC ($12/day included) Electric Charges $0.16/KWh according to consumption. We read the electric meter. CLEANING DEPARTURE Cleaning Fee $310 and up BBQ Cleaning $35 (if left dirty) PAYMENTS 35 % down payment on reservation, 65 % no later than 46 days before arrival We recommend Personal/Business checks or cashier checks in US$ issued by a US Bank. Bank Wire Transfers subject to a $35 fee for each international Wire Transfers (Credit Card payment by special request are subject to a 3% processing fee) CANCELLATION If Guests elect to cancel or terminate, Cancellation fees below will apply. Therefore, the purchase of a Travel & Cancellation Insurance is recommended. The house was beautiful, the location was perfect for us. The house was very clean and the caretakers was there to check us in at the time specified. He was also available for check out.
We split this house between two families and it worked out perfectly. The two master suites makes for an ideal situation if traveling with two families. The layout of the house was very wide open and allowed for maximum space. The outdoor area is fantastic, the pool is very large and surprisingly deep in two areas which made for great fun with the kids and adults. The living space outside is very deep and wide, there were a few times that it rained but we were able to still enjoy the outside area and not worry about getting wet. Had a great time!
