ENJOY THE BEACH; LOW RATES STILL AVAILABLE, BOOK NOW! BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED RECENTLY. This ONE OF A KIND beach house is perfect for couples and small families with a desire to spend time on one of the best beaches that Southern California has to offer - Faria Beach - with Mondo's Beach which is famous for our surfing. A winning combination of location, quality and price. Our Beach house is on the sand is known by locals as the new Malibu, but without the traffic, pollution or crowds! Enjoy the 2 mile sandy beach which is rare for the area, as many of our beaches are rocky and offer very little sand. We are also centrally located 65 miles north of Los Angeles, 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara, 15 minutes from Montecito and Biltmore Hotel, and 10 minutes from Ventura and Carpinteria. This location is ideal for enjoying the best that each of these world famous destinations has to offer. In addition to location, our home is not a typical "cottage" beach house. It's a high quality constructed beach house decorated with an eye for detail and beach life. A two story beach house offers amazing ocean view. The large master suite is an experience in and of itself as it has magnificent views of the ocean which can be enjoyed in our luxurious king size bed, along side a roaring romantic fireplace or on the seaside balcony. The master bath offers a large walk in shower for two and 2 sinks/vanities. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with accompanying full bathroom. The first floor offers an open floor plan with kitchen and dining table and chairs that flow into the cozy living room. The living room has a fireplace, high definition 42” TV with doors that open onto the large ocean front patio. There are windows that traverse from the kitchen to the living room providing wonderful ocean views and the symphony of waves. On this floor there is a full bath. On this floor is also a washer and dryer. The large ocean side deck has a Jacuzzi, table and chairs and two chaise lounges, with stairs that lead down from the seawall to the ocean/sand. Please see a picture of the stairs on the website. The drop from the top of the seawall to the sand ranges 10 to 15 feet. During high tide, and depending on the season, the water can splash against the seawall, which can make entry into the ocean from the stairs impossible. However, Mondo’s beach is several hundred yards to the north and it is sandy and accessible all year around. The home also offers a single garage and driveway parking with easy access to Hwy 101 Santa Barbara, Carpentaria, Ventura or Los Angeles. The Beach House also has a roof top deck with stunning views. Toast to the romance of the best of Southern California beach living on the large ocean patio with Jacuzzi, chaise lounges, table and chairs and gas grill. Complimentary champagne is awaiting your arrival. You will not find a comparable vacation rental for the price, especially on the sand! The property is as described. Thoroughly enjoyed the waves crashing against the sea wall. We slept with the windows opened and were occasionally awakened by the booming waves. Great way to be awakened. The hot tub was modern, clean, and enjoyable out on the deck (with the aforementioned waves), and the views are great too, with surfers in the distance) At low tide you can walk the beach (we went north toward Mussel Shoals, where the surfers were). for a nice stroll. Easy drive into Ventura, Carpinteria. Short (25 minutes) drive to Santa Barbara.
Love this place! such an amazing patio and all the comfortable furniture. The waves crashing right against the home are incredible, the master bedroom was spectacular you'll never want to leave. We are booking here again.
We loved our stay at the beach! Quiet mornings, long walks along the shore and cozy, evenings on the outdoor deck watching the waves. Our 25th year at Faria Beach and perhaps our best week ever!!!

The beach house is clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and the location on the water cannot be beat. Once we checked in, we didn’t leave! Very relaxing and fun for all ages.

This property couldn't have a better location, certainly not closer to the water, that's for sure! The property itself is updated with all the amenities and we have a nice relaxing weekend there.

The home was supplied with so many amenities. Different styles of table cloths, serving trays, plates, and glasses. Bathroom towels and sheets were the best, nothing like a hotel. (I am a little of a sheet and towel snob..lol) The owner has thought of everything as a rental.....great job!!!! But it wasn't just rental, it's like you were home. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing every day from this location. Highly recommend this home to anyone!!!!
