Very clean and right across the street from the beach. Beds are comfy and Robin is very helpful. Cute little place!

Perfect for a little getaway! Kitchen is fully stocked. Enough towels, rags, and bedding. Host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

This two bedroom condo sits right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Its two bedrooms are comfortable, one king, the other has a trundle offering two twins. That room is a little smaller but still accommodate my two teenage boys just fine. The kitchen is well appointed and the whole unit was very clean. My favorite part, aside from glorious beach days, was waking up each morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony as you watch the people go by. Very relaxing stay!

This was an amazing place to stay at, great location and very peaceful. Had a blast spending time here!

This space is clean, well organized, had a washer and dryer that we sooo needed. You can see the water from the patio and offers a great space to drink coffee and watch the waves.

Such and incredible location , host and condo ! Had an amazing time and no driving necessary due to the location of the condo , the Monkey Bus and free trolley ! Perfect split distance between bridge street and old Anna Maria ! Neighbors are friendly and beach is gorgeous ! Robin was available immediately for the very few questions we had (I called twice in 4 days just for local advice) . Will absolutely recommend and will definitely be back again !

Normally I stay on the north part of AMI, but since my visit was only for a long weekend I decided to take my chances on a more southern section. Thankfully it did not disappoint! Being able to see the Gulf from the balcony and the sofa was wonderful (not that I was actually inside very often!). The property pretty much has everything one would need for a beach vacation. Robin was helpful and quick to respond!

The location is perfection. Loved to walk across the street straight to the beach. The house had beach chairs and towels and washer/dryer, which was fabulous. We loved to sit on the porch with coffee and enjoy the view of the water. Had a few snags, one of which was the AC not working. Robin was responsive, but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Great for a beach vacation where you spend most of your time outside!

Robin's place is amazing. The view of the beach from the balcony is great and when you walk outside you see the beach to your right and the bay to your left!!! The place is very clean and it felt like home. We would stay again.
