We stayed here while our new home was being completed. Close to everything and allowed us to get oriented to our new neighborhood. Well equipped home with everything one needs for a short- or long-term stay.

The place was well furnished and comfortable, and the hosts were easy to deal with. Being from NY, we especially enjoyed grilling outdoors in January-February, and we took a long walk almost every day. We especially enjoyed meeting all the friendly people who were out walking, or at the stores, at the restaurants, in the churches, and at the golf course. It did not seem to matter who was from Texas and who was not. Our daughter and husband came in from NJ and we toured some of the Open Mic nights together. We went to Gumbo's (on Georgetown Town Square) four times in two months, and we hit a lot of other restaurants. They were all good, regardless of price.

This is a very comfortable house in a charming neighborhood that is very quiet. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, plates, pots, pans and utensils you could possibly need. There are 3 TV's with DISH. Also, a garage for your car. The owner is extremely nice. At dusk you can sit on the back patio and watch the deer running around. I would return here in a New York second.

This is a fabulous home to rent for an extended stay while away from home. We were comfortable in the beautifully furnished home, and pleasantly surprised with the friendly neighbors all around. We came to Texas to shop for a retirement home and to live in and check out the lifestyle of a Sun City. We liked Georgetown and Sun City so much , we purchased our new home and are now happy homeowners in Texas. The home had everything we needed, including Wi Fi , large Tv's, comfortable beds, linens and towels, generous amenities in the kitchen and it really felt just like home. THe owner/landlord was pleasant and quickly serviced our requests for special items. We highly recommend this home and community Happy new Texas

After making the reservation, we were contacted by Liz to let us know she was happy that we had picked this property. Prior to our arrival, got an email telling us what the security codes were and how to access the property. Liz also gave us her phone number in the event of any problems. We contacted her to let her know we got in without any problems and kept in touch to assure Liz all was going well. Thank you Liz, for all your help prior to our arrival and keeping in touch to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Excellent rental. A beautiful decorated home with high end furnishings. We felt right at home in this spacious home. The kitchen was well equipped with sets of dishes & glasses serving 6-8 . everything I needed for cooking. Loved the patio. I watched the deer go by each evening. Wonderful landlord, made check- in so easy, great customer service, but did not intrude. I will definitely highly recommend.
