Notice: February through March; The Beach Villas at Koolina is undergoing an extensive painting contract that affects the use of the balcony. We have adjusted (reduced) our pricing to reflect this inconvenience. We are not giving any credits (except with those pre-booking where a credit was already established in writing). The space KoOlina is about a couple miles stretch of coastline in this resort area. Four lagoon beaches that is shared with Disney Aulani, Four Seasons and the Marriott Vacation Club. But, the Beach Villas sits on "Honu" Lagoon which is basically exclusive. So, not so busy in comparison to the other lagoons. Guest access 2 Swimming Pools (1 of which is the "quiet pool" adjacent to the Ocean Tower). Fitness Center Access to the beach Front Desk Other things to note Parking is "compact" stall. Love this place! We hope to rent this unit again very soon!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Ko Olina beach villas. Ricks place was beautiful and we had 24 hour service if needed. For example, we needed help figuring out how to turn the TV on and someone was sent right over to show us. It was clean, modern, and absolutely beautiful. We loved that it was half way between north shore and Waikiki. We definitely plan to return and enjoy another week in paradise.
Pools and hot tubs are great. Overall great place to stay. Mattresses were very nice!!!

Had a great stay and loved our time here! The pool and lagoon are wonderful for kids and there is a beach pathway that was beautiful to run on. The condo was clean, in good repair, and comfortable. I go to Hawaii every year but we normally avoid Oahu because of the crowds. I didn’t have an overcrowded feeling in this condo complex and surrounding area. This was so much nicer than downtown Waikiki and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved our stay! Place is great. Rick is super responsive. Only bad thing is the beach downstairs doesn’t allow any umbrellas or erect structure (sand tent) - no fault of the owner of course but would have been better if we could enjoy the beach under some shade! Would definitely come back.
We had a great time at this Ko Olina resort. It was a perfect place to stay with the kids and have a relaxing vacation. Access to the private lagoon made it extra special and my kids had a blast playing on the beach and the kids pool!
The location was amazing. It was right in front of lagoon 2 where my kids snorkeled and saw sea turtles and a sea lion. The pool and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There was a gym where my husband worked out every day. One parking spot is included so it made it easy to rent a car and drive into Kapolei to eat as there were not a ton of dining options within walking distance. The unit itself was clean and had a lot of stylish features.
The place is beautiful and very relaxing. All amenities are up to par. Everything in the resort is great.
