About the Property
Completely self-sufficient private unit, gated, & private! With everything you will need, full bathroom with tub/shower, washer/dryer, walk-in closet, kitchen with 5 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, ample kitchen counter, toaster, coffee maker, iron. very light continental breakfast is offered. Your own outdoor space to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning, or have a meal in the beautiful CA sunshine. A great place to call "home" away from home:) Also available for long term rental. The space Entire unit - completely self-sufficient. Including a full bathroom with tub and shower. A walk-in closet for storage with a full-size washer/dryer and built-in ladder for a storage loft above. Its own private front and back patios. The kitchen has a 5 burner stove, 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The sofa is a pull-out double bed for guests, etc. Other things to note FREE parking pass is provided, but please do NOT drive off with it. The cost to replace it is $150 + $50 to go to the city for the staff to obtain another one. So you will be charged a total of $200. Plus it is the inconvenience of it all, the next guest coming behind you will not have a parking pass and if they get a ticket, it may be charged to you as well. Sooooo PLEASE be mindful and make sure you put it back in our unit on the musical note behind the front door where you found it. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. |

I stayed here for over a month and was very happy. This place is a gem in a great location. The neighborhood is adorable and parking was easy peasy! The bed is very comfortable and I was grateful for the washer and dryer in the unit! Everything was clean and in great working condition.
Great location, wonderful hosts, washer and dryer in unit, eateries within walking distance, and easy parking - what more would someone need! Violet and Gerry are phenomenal hosts. The lock box with keys and parking pass were easy to access upon arrival. Violet checked in to make sure everything was good throughout my stay and always responded quickly when I had a question or need. The unit is set back from the street with a locked gate. I felt very secure, and it was quiet for being in the center of a lively city. Parking was always available on the street. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends!
Nice, cozy little spot close to Beverly Hills. Violet is very quick to respond and was super helpful in catering to my needs. Would definitely come back.
