Gary’s place was clean, convenient, spacious and the perfect spot for a family vacation. The condo is on the 4th floor so it has a beautiful view of the ocean, the elevator in the condo was really helpful after coming home from a day at the beach. It was a short 5 minute walk from the beach. My family really enjoyed the pool access, we spent about an hour every day after the beach at the pool before we called it a day. The host was very welcoming and extremely responsive to any questions and also gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat which is my favorite part of traveling! We won’t be looking anywhere else the next time we go on a beach vacation. Thanks, Gary!

This home is truly a dream experience. The house is perfectly appointed and decorated. The kitchen is stocked with beautiful dishes and accessories. The beds are 5 star. The complex is 5 star. Right across the street from the beach. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We will be returning.
Y’all, book this home now. Gary’s home on 30A is an absolute dream. The interior is stunning, comfortable, and perfect. The view is absolutely dreamy. The whole area is wonderful! Our family rented bikes one day and we enjoyed food from all of the nearby establishments- all the food was tasty, the bike/foot path is super family friendly, and the beach…OUTSTANDING! We loved our time at this home. It has absolutely everything we could ask for!
This place was everything we were hoping it would be and more. The walk to the beach was short. The place was spotless. The beds were all comfy as well. It was a perfect week for us!
This is an excellent place to stay! I’ve rented a lot of different places in 30A and this is an absolute gem. Central to everything in 30A, very close to the beach, lots of space for guests to spread out and beautiful spaces to gather together. The interiors are lovely—tasteful beachy vibe, great kitchen, huge balcony. Lots of helpful communication from host. Do not hesitate, book this place!!
