The home is just as pictured and well stocked with many of the things that you will need. It is only a short drive to the beach. There is really no need to bring additional beach accessories unless you desire to do so. There are chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and even a cooler there for your use. There was a total of 6 adults/3 couples. We had a ton of space and even an additional room that was not used. Only the main suite on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom. There are two other full baths on the second floor. If you are looking for more a relaxing time at the beach this is the place to book.
Our family had a wonderful stay in this house! The kitchen and the garage were so well equipped with everything we needed and more for meals and days spent at the beach! We went on walks, bike rides and drove just one minute to the beach everyday. The neighborhood was peaceful and we would highly recommend this home to anyone planning to visit Perdido Key!
Loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was like “home away from home”. Very nice accommodations with a short walk or ride to the beach. The bikes were an added treat and my family really enjoyed those as well as the abundance of restaurants and other places to dine. We will revisit again in the future.
It was such a beautiful house. It was very nicely decorated and the amenities are awesome! Every time we realized we forgot to bring something, 9/10 it was there in the house already. It’s a great house to stay in with a big family!
We had a great stay with 2 families with 6 kids total. The house was very close to the beach, great local recommendations to make our experience even better. We also drove to the Orange Beach Wharf for a concert, and the proximity to both the Wharf, beaches, and restaurants made this location great. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. They had plenty of beach chairs, two wagons, toys for the kids, and umbrellas. To top it off, the game room was exactly what the kids needed after a long hot day at the beach. Would stay again!

Bobby & Janet’s place was worth every dollar spent! It was nice, clean, and had lots of useful amenities. The game room was really fun and we spent our afternoon there after we came back from the beach. It fit our group of 10 very comfortably and we had no problems! Bobby and Janet were very responsive and were kind enough to send recommendations. We only stayed for 2 nights but because of how great their home was, we wished we would’ve stayed longer. If we were to travel to the beach again, this place is something we would keep in mind for sure!
Minutes from the beach, nice home, arcade is entertaining for the kids (and adults too!), kitchen is large, lots of sitting options. Bobby and Janet are quick to respond, are super helpful, and they are sweet and thoughtful, too! (Side note, absolutely unrelated to this home, I now recommend wearing water/beach shoes in the water!!) I recommend Bobby and Janet’s place first and foremost because of their friendliness and helpfulness! This was a nice stay!
We booked Bobby & Janet’s place for my wife’s 40th birthday vacation. The house was amazing - genuinely beautiful. I can’t believe all the amenities. My wife had so much fun playing arcade basketball with our nephew. We made some wonderful memories. Bobby and Janet not only gave us great suggestions for restaurants and activities right near the house, but they even brought us some really nice food and drinks! They went above and beyond to make our visit special.
We chose this particular house and location to accommodate our family of seven adults and four grandchildren ranging from 2 - 7 years of age. It was a few minutes drive to Publix, restaurants and the beach (especially to the Johnson Beach National Seashore where we spent each day). Bobby and Janet were always very prompt and helpful with any questions. Overall, they were very gracious hosts.
