About the Property
The Villa, nestled in a quiet private wood, can accommodate up to 12 people in over 300 square meters of space. There are 5 double bedrooms, 1 single room, 7 bathrooms, two lounges with fireplace, panoramic veranda and kitchen furnished with steel refrigerator, sink, stove, dishwasher and freezer. In front of the villa, in the old barn restored in 2009, there is "Vittoria" double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and private entrance. Just beside there is "Annita" small flat with private entrance and living room, double bedroom, bathroom and mezzanine with twin beds. Hospitality: 14+ 6 persons including double sofa beds, bunk bed and twin beds in mezzanine.
The swimming pool, open from April to October, is heated by a biomass boiler and solar panels. In the garden there are tables to eat outside, bbq and the wood oven is just in front of the main door.
The farmhouse is the perfect place to spend a holiday with your family or in a group. At the Villa you can choose a completely private vacation but, at the same time, you can enjoy many �private hotel� services such as breakfast, dinner cleaning personnel, cooking classes, baby sitting and much more.
The Farmhouse �Fattoria la Vecchia Quercia � has been awarded the maximum classification attainable �tre spighe� (literally 3 ears of wheat).
The Golf course, and its club house with bar and restaurant bordering the farm, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Policies & Payments
Payment Policies
Price are for week (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday Check-in is 4:00PM local time on the beginning date of your rental. Early check-in is not permitted unless arranged by the owner. Check-out is 10:00AM local time on the departure date of your rental. Guests are required to leave the Villa neat and orderly to avoid additional charges. Booking has be confirmed after the payment by way of bank transfer of 30% the agreed price. The client shall be obliged to pay the difference (70% of the agreed price) at the moment of delivery of the keys, by way of credit card or wire transfer or cash. Cancellation Policy. The ownership shall retain the 30% of the agreed price if the client undertakes to advise the ownership at least 150 days prior to the arrival day. Pets are welcome, but not in the pool area. |
