About the Property
This is our 707 condo in Tower IV of the South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community with walking paths throughout. We are located right on Marco's crescent beach. Our condo is fully equipped and has many extras for your comfort. We try hard to make it just like home. We have an expansive 32' balcony that overlooks the pool and beach. Our home is fully stocked with linens, beach supplies and a generously equipped kitchen. Our condo is remodeled and up to date. We are upgraded to Fiber Optics for high speed wireless password protected internet access. Our television is connected through the Fiber Optic network for excellent high definition television viewing. We have a DVR so our guests can record their favorite programs and still be able to go out and enjoy the evening. Each bedroom also had HD connections for the TV. We email important info before you arrive so you know exactly what you do when you arrive. We include info on local restaurants, things to do, helpful urls, info on how and where to register once you arrive, a map of the area and how you get your keys. We use a licensed rental agency located on the Island so you can be sure that your rental is secure and not have to worry about your rental. It also gives you someone to contact that is local (right down the street) in case you need help or have any reason to call because of a Win the condo. They are very responsive and can get repair people out very fast. We know that you have a lot of choices in Marco for accommodations and the task of finding the right place can be daunting. The many activities available to guests on Marco keep kids wanting to come back. Besides the activities listed above, there is a local theater that offers a meal while watching your movie, and Escape Room experience for the older kids, and the Naples Zoo. In the summer there is a water park in Naples. If you don't mind a drive there is Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park which is a very good zoo, also in Tampa is the Florida Aquarium, on the list of one of the 12 best aquariums in the US.

Reviews
This apartment is fabulous, it has everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. It is truly a home away from home. With that said and with the view of the beach, you will be sad to leave.
We have been to Marco Island many times and have stayed at the Innes’ Condo. This year we were thrilled to see the many updates that have been done. Fully stocked and nicely decorated always make the stay very enjoyable. Have been to many Condos at South Seas but Lorraine is so accommodating that we prefer to stay there. Highly recommend!
This was our second stay in this condo and we throroughly enjoyed it! In fact we had such a good time that we have already booked for next year.This condo has a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf and is fully equiped in every way. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook a meal, and there is a closet full of “beach things” including chairs, umbrella, kids sand toys, fishing poles..............the list goes on. If you like shelling, this beach is better than Sanibel Island.................also, see how many Sand Dollars you can find.Already looking forward to next year!
Just returned from a 2 week stay in South Seas tower 4/unit 707 owned by Lorraine Innis. Her attention to detail and desire to ensure a memorable vacation for us was evident from my ?rst contact with her. She personally responded quickly to all inquiries and provided information throughout the booking process to make sure we had everything we needed. She also has an on-island agent as a resource if you should need anything during your stay. I had researched several units and am so happy I chose this one. It was clean and comfortable - tile ?oors, leather furniture & updated kitchen and baths that had all the amenities of home. The large balcony overlooking the pool got sun all day and the beach view was beautiful. This is a gated community - the grounds are impeccably landscaped, covered parking is convenient and all common areas (halls, laundry room, etc) are spotlessly clean. Overall a wonderful 2 weeks on Marco Island. Thank you Lorraine for everything!

We have stayed many times at Bill and Lorraine’s Condos and they take special care to make sure you have everything you need. This time we stayed in Tower 4-707 and had a wonderful time. The weather and view were outstanding. We will be back!
