Payment Policies
Check-in time is 3 pm on scheduled arrival day. Check-out time is 10 am on scheduled departure date. On the departure date, it is required to take the garbage out, wash and put away dishes. Cancellation Policy : 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date. 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. Damage Deposit refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund. Damage Deposit may be returned upon the inspection of unit after departure date (within 14 days).
