| The 2018 renovated Villa Water View offers a fantastic view of the wide canal. Enjoy your stay sitting comfortably by the pool. The terrace faces west, so you can enjoy the sun for a long time. A grill, as well as a gas fireplace for harmonious barbecues are also available. Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant. For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed. As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general. Villa Water View is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Comfortably furnished, three bedrooms, plus three bathrooms, living and dining area, Kitchen, all fully equipped for your holidays. The possibility to rent a boat is given by an existing jetty. Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.
