Villa Palmetto Dunes is situated in a quiet residential area, but still close to supermarkets and restaurants. It is ideal for holidaymakers who are looking for lots of privacy. Two master suites with an en suite bathroom, divided into main and outbuildings are ideal for couples, who sometimes want to have their peace and quiet. There are two more bedrooms with shared bathroom. The pool of this villa is very special, with a waterfall and underwater spotlights a stunning atmosphere is produced in the evenings. Billiards, table tennis, air hockey and four bicycles are available for leisure activities. Also, a men's and a women's golf set have recently been added for free use. Entering this villa is like the entrance to an own small private OASIS. You will never again want away. Area Information : Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time. |
