Spend your vacation in this beautiful coastal living inspired condo, just steps to the pool and beach in a gated community located on the white sands of Siesta Key�s Crescent Beach. The recently renovated, well lit and fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counter tops, new appliances and a breakfast bar for quick eating and effortless serving! The dining table easily seats 8 for dinner or evening card games. The sunny living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a brand new couch, love seat and two side chairs. The couch opens to a full sized bed for extra sleeping space. Rounding out this entertainment area is a large flat screen TV, DVR and a DVD player. Retreat at the end of your day into the lovely master bedroom complete with a king size bed, walk in closet and a newly renovated en-suite. This luxurious, spa like en-suite includes a fully tiled walk in shower with grab bars, a heat lamp, and warm bright lighting. The additional bedroom also enjoys sea side styling with bead board walls, shuttered windows, and a ceiling fan. This room includes both a queen size and full size bed to comfortably accommodate guests, as well as a walk in closet. The adjoining bathroom was just completely renovated, adding a gorgeous stone tiled walk in shower with grab bars, a heat lamp and warm bright lighting. Both bedrooms include flat screen TV�s, DVD players and sizable dressers. Adding to your convenience and comfort is a washer and dryer in the utility room, along with beach towels, an umbrella, cooler, and beach toys. One parking space (#7) is included with the rental.
