About the Property
Beautiful Ocean view location in a peaceful and quiet area close to town. Casa Pacifica is an ideal base for your Cabo San Lucas vacation. It is set half a mile back and 400 feet above Sunset Beach for an unobstructed sea view, and just 1 ½ miles from downtown to give you the best of two worlds! The property is fully walled and gated, the area is totally safe and crime-free, and there is no vehicle or pedestrian traffic since it is the last house on a dead-end street. All areas are very private,the neighboring house is seldom occupied, and other homes are over half a block away. A loaner car with insurance is included in the price, giving you the freedom to explore attractions that few tourists have the opportunity to visit. The vehicle is U.S. registered, so driver must have a valid foreign (not Mexican) driver's license), and be 24 years or older. Alternatively we offer daily private shuttle service to any local destination and return. Free airport transportation is also provided (one round trip per booking), easing the tension during arrival and departure, and saving you the cost of taxi service. The large front deck provides a perfect view of the Ocean and Beach, and has a large BBQ, porch swing, loungers, and cast iron table & chairs, while the rear courtyard has the 12’ x 20’ pool, patio table, chairs and lounging area, as well as cactus, flowers, trees, and gardens. There are two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a single bed, adjoining full washroom, tv, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and large closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen size and a single bed, full ensuite with shower, air conditioner, ceiling fan, computer, safe, and large closet. Both bedrooms have second doors providing access to the courtyard and pool. The main area of the house has air conditioning, a dining area, full kitchen, and salon area opening to the front deck. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, gas range with oven, dishwasher, water cooler, double stainless steel sink, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, complete set of pots & pans, dishes, and cutlery. Starter supplies of condiments are provided. A round glass topped classic dining table with 4 chairs is included. The salon has two love seats, two recliners, sofa bed, coffee table, 32' HD TV with Canadian/U.S. HD satellite TV, CD & DVD player, and a collection of music CDs and DVD movies. Also included is a loaner cell phone for local calls and to keep in touch with your hosts if you require assistance while away from the house. We also provide a free long distance telephone to the U.S. & Canada. You may use the automatic washing machine for your personal laundry free of charge, and basic maid service is provided twice weekly. Three 5 gallon containers of purified water for the water cooler are supplied per week at no cost. All linens, towels, etc. are supplied, as well as toilet tissue, soaps, shampoo, and paper towel. Unique Benefits
Casa Pacifica is located in a quiet community on the 'Pacific Side' of Cabo San Lucas. The development is only partially finished with some vacant lots and unpaved streets, the developers are apparently awaiting better economic conditions. There are no through roads in the neighborhood, the result is a tranquil area close to town, nestling up to the desert hills and overlooking the pristine beaches and Pacific Ocean. neighbors are half a block away, and since Casa Pacifica is the last house on a dead-end street our guests will always have peace and privacy.
We supply a free loaner vehicle because there are limited services within walking distance, a mini-market and a pizza restaurant about 7 blocks, and various Mexican style shops & taco stands 12 blocks away. The nearest bus stop is 8 ...
