OUR WEEKS ARE SATURDAY - SATURDAY. Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Direct access to the ocean, with 37 feet of dockage. House set up for fishing and relaxing. We have a fish cleaning station with full electric and plumbing, a freezer is provided for your bait as well as an industrial ice maker at your disposal. Just minutes to the reef and off-shore fishing. You can catch yellowtails, snappers, grouper, sailfish, dolphin (mahi-mahi), wahoo, tuna , king mackerel and others. Beautiful snorkeling and SCUBA diving. Minutes to Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park. Close to the seven mile bridge for access to the Gulf side, and back-country fishing. You'll enjoy our colorful house, with our beautiful heated pool with a huge 7 ft JACUZZI for your relaxation and comfort and our nice TIKI HUT with a picnic table and its own TV. The house has all new furniture and central A/C. We provide towels, and linens. We have a stainless steel BBQ, twin burners fryer for outdoor cooking. Our home has Premium cable TV Service, DVD's, Play Station, High speed WIFI Wireless Internet, a 54' Flat Screen HDTV in the living room, plus each bedroom has it own TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and is a sofa bed on the living room. We have a full kitchen with new appliances, microwave, plates, pots, pans, toaster, coffemaker, blender and utensils for your convinience. There is parking in front of the house for 5-6 cars and a boat trailer. The boat ramp for launching your boat is on the bay side on 33rd street, the boat ride to the house is 10-15 minutes. HAVE AVAILABLE FOR RENT 2 KAYAKS AND 2 BICYCLES. Our address is 1016 w 75th st ocean, Marathon FL 33050. We have been renting the house since 2006. All our customers are very happy, we have a lot of repeat families that are coming back every year. You will be very happy with our house. Book your vacation early this year. |

We have been coming to the keys for years. This house was a great house for our family, including 3 kids, ages 15,13 and 11. Pictures are accurate. House was clean, beds were comfortable & the pool/spa area were amazing! We were lucky enough to see a few manatees in the canal. We rented a boat and spend many mornings out on the water, easy access from the canal/house to The Atlantic. We already booked our trip next year! We can't wait to come back.

We went down for a week of fishing and diving, unfortunately we had some bad weather that prevented us from doing so for several days. Couldn’t have been a better more relaxing place to be though! The house had everything you needed and was very well kept. Property manager Manny went above and beyond in helping us book our trip and enjoy our stay. You can tell he is very organized, and the house reflects it! We didn’t even mind the bad weather because we enjoyed relaxing around the house so much. Pool and hot tub are great. Awesome place for a group of friends or family! Great diving and fishing a few miles out of the canal. Great location for fisherman/divers as well. Fuel, bait, and scuba/tank rentals are a 10 minute boat ride away. Awesome place. Would recommend to anyone! We will be booking again. Literally 0 complaints from anyone in our group!
House is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Owners were very easy to work with and communication was easy. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The guys loved the "fishing" amenities-convenient fish cleaning area, bait freezer and our own ice maker.
We come to Marathon almost yearly and stay at various places. My hubby and I met in Marathon 36 years ago and enjoy coming back to see the changes, etc. This house is fun, and had all the things you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen is well stocked and there are bikes and kayaks to enjoy as well. The salt water hot tub and pool are a great way to start and end your day. The beds were comfortable too! I highly recommend this home if you want a little luxury at a reasonable price.
Great house. Has everything. Manny took care of a few little things without having to ask. The pool and hot tub was great. I would give this 6 stars.
Amazing location! Perfect for our boat. The pool area was so refreshing and if you know the keys heat, then you know a pool is a must. The owner was more the accomendating. Even fixed the out door ice machine during our stay so we had ice for the fish. we will definitely be back!
