Great location! Very nice property, everything we needed. Effie was a great host and very nice to work with.
We all commented on how wonderful it was dealing with someone so easy. It was a pleasure and we cannot wait to do it again.
We were visiting from Colorado and wanted things perfect, of course-so we were very PLEASED with this property. The condo was right at the beach. It was huge (there was just my husband and myself, but this property is suitable for a family or group of friends) with plenty of space. The condo was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pillows, and furniture (all clean and fresh). It also has great Wifi-easy to connect. We were there over the 4th of July week and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. There is a 2-car garage (with washer and dryer) to store bikes or surfboards. There was a portable barbeque grill that was clean and ready to use. You can just park your vehicle in the garage and walk everywhere. You can walk to the pier (5-minutes) or any restaurant in town. The town (Pismo Beach) was safe with people out walking, jogging and having fun into the evening with no problems. We are hikers and there are trails everywhere. The property owner was great. She was friendly and responded quickly even offering suggestions and tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in/check-out process was easy. My husband and I were very pleased and HIGHLY recommend this property for an enjoyable, relaxing stay at the beach.
