Welcome to our Siesta Key home located directly on the world famous white sand Crescent Beach! This unit was privately owned for over 30 years and has been recently made available for rental. Our condo is a recently updated, meticulously maintained 2515 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 patio unit with a breath taking view of one of the finest beaches in the world! The unit features Gulf views from the Great Room, Master Bedroom, and one of the guest bedrooms. The gourmet kitchen is a chef�s delight featuring Wood-Mode custom cabinetry, 2 Sub Zero refrigerators, Thermador range and bread warmer, Asko dishwasher, Corian counter tops, and a microwave oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed, sliding door wall with a view of the Crescent beach, private bath and large walk in closet. It also has built in custom cabinetry, including a large desk. The second bedroom also features a sliding door wall with a view of the Gulf of Mexico, 2 full size beds, custom built-in cabinetry, and a large desk with a Corian counter top. The third bedroom also is loaded with custom built in cabinetry and a sofa bed. All 3 bedrooms feature a flat screen TV with cable. Our unit also includes a washer and dryer, tank less hot water heater providing unlimited hot water, updated showers with multiple shower heads (wall mounted and hand held), and a large dining room table that seats 6. There is ample seating in the large great room which includes a leather sectional and 3 additional chairs for your comfort. No landline telephone. Great to work with. Staff very friendly & helpful
Been to Florida dozens of times, but first visit to Siesta Key. Absolutely loved it, and staying at El Presidente was amazing!! We'll be back for sure!!!
It was perfect. No other words except it's always the best time of our lives. I celebrate my birthday every year in Siesta Key, in unit 508. We watch the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen and enjoy the best food I've ever had at all the local restaurants. It's home and some of the best memories of my life.
Our stay was wonderful as usual. It's a great condo. We are glad there was a security code to get to and from the beach. Last time we stayed there about 3 years ago people from next door were using the pool.It was a large group of people. We liked the deck box by the beach with the toys in it...came in handy for a small child
It was a beautiful unit. Everyone was so friendly and the office and maintenance were more than helpful. The pool was wonderful and so convenient coming in off the beach. There was ample goggles, boogie boards, all kinds of pool and beach paraphernalia.
